Words to find for this voice, for this music, no that isn't possible. this voice sounds warm, the voice is full of power and the performances are great. it was one of the best rock-voices i ever heard and it will be the only one in the future. it's not important if it was a ballad or a fast rocksong, michael was the one who gave this special unbeleavebal voice. i have to say sorry for my english, but i love all the cd's from 1981 till the last best of. first i bought my first cd it was X from 1990. i can't stop lsiten to this record, and i had to buy all other records of this band, also the soloprojects maxQ and the last album of michael. michael and all other guys, the farris-brothers, kirk and also gary thank you for this music, this music can touch my heart, this music let my body start do dance. its great, and i hope that also other young people knows this unbeleavebal great sound. i am only 22 years old, but every song, every songtext is great and still in my heart, thank you for all. andy from CH

I can't put into words the disbelief of Michael being gone. INXS was part of me, part of high school, part of breathing I suppose I could put it. INXS was music for everyone, it didn't judge you, it didn't descriminate, it let you be you and brought you together as one when you were with thousands of strangers at their concerts, we were lost in the blissful world of INXS. Thankyou Michael & INXS with all of my heart, remembering your music & where it took me are the happiest memories of my teenage years... INXS forever!!!

It's hard really to put into words what Michael's performing ability, his charisma, his personality, his emotion, did for me as a person and as a performer. I've always thought of myself, singing and performance-wise, as a cross between Michael and Bono. Or perhaps that's what I've always wanted to be.

I remember that I was actually just getting into INXS during the summer of 97, and I remember how broken and lost I felt after Michael's death. I told a high school friend of mine about it, and her reply was “So? It's not like he was Kurt Cobain or anything.” I can remember how shocked I was to hear such a thing, that someone would respond with such ill disregard for the honor of someone so special who had passed.

I just want to say thank you to Michael. Thank you for being a great inspiration on me, for challenging me to step up to the plate and take the swing no matter how fast the ball that comes at me. I'm sorry I never got to appreciate you while you were here, but I hope I make up for it in performance and in spirit.

Maybe someday we'll meet. And I can say thank you personally.

So few artists leave such a lasting mark on the world. Those that have done so only to leave us in prime of their life give us a bittersweet taste.

Michael, your music has seen us through our toughest trials and through our most joyous of highs. Your life was extinguished way too early, but your flame wasn't. The fans will feel its warmth for the rest of time while continuously wondering what would have been if you hadn't left us prematurely.

In 1999 me and my future wife went to Capri. I felt the bad need to see the right point where 'Full Moon' has been done.
A life spent around this world so vaste, I think it can be too much even for a rock star. Nevertheless this is my generation and this is my music. How far, your grave from me: HE WAS, I WAS NOT.

I always think of Michael when I listen to the U2 song “one”. I love the music and I loved his voice and spirit. So did my brother who followed Michael only one month later... from Adelaide/S.A. straight up into the sky.. I think of both of you.. always

A frontman who's energy and passion raised everyone in the place into thinking he was alongside you and performing just to you and made thousands become one. A man who could be rated amongst the very best, who's songs still sound as good as they were when they were first released, yet a man who was a spiritual quiet person in life.
Still loved and mised by us, hope you've found that spiritual peace you always wished for.
Still listening, reliving and enjoying your legacy.

Gary.

Still there is music, still there are songs and artists that I like, but I miss Michael. He's the only person who I do not know personally and for whom I cryed.
