Rust zacht!
Michael, your voice will always be an icon of musical excellence! The songs you sang with INXS gave me hope through growing up through tough times as a teenager. I could always listen to your songs to escape my world and have fun in your bands music video world. I am glad you were in my musical life and an inspiration. Thanks for being there for me and the rest of the world. May God Bless you and the people that loved you.

We miss you but we know you are in a better place as our guardian angel.
God bless you Michael , you will never be forgotten..
I never really knew much about inxs when growing up and when i learned of michael's death it was a shock to me because i didn't know who it was. ONLy a few years ago i inheriated my uncles vinyl collection and there was many inxs albums. Now in this day i have bought all inxs albums and they are by far the greatest band to come out of australia, if not the world. Michael, i never really knew what you meant to the music world until recently and it saddens me deeply that i will never be able to see you in the flesh, but at least i have many albums to remind me of how you changed the face of music. RIP michael, no crappy canadian competition winner will take your place
saturday afternoon just sitting here reminising and listening to michael singing suicide blond i have the next few hours to myself and will have a few drinks and listen to him and the greatest rock band ever.( rest in peace hutch)
A life that inspired is only worth praising. A voice that can still leave shivers is worth preserving. Although still young, Michael has acted as an inspiration to me for less than ten years. Discovering his voice through the music of INXS helped me discover my own. He will live on forever, for the souls of those who love and cherish his memory today will never fade or die. God bless.
MICHAEL ESTE ES UN MES MUY ESPECIAL

Thank God for you, Michael. You touched more lives than you could ever imagine with that divine voice. May you rest in peace.
Michael,
Although we never met, we've shared good and bad times together through INXS' music. For a long time, the echoes of the past played over and over in my room, my car, and my mind. I will always remember your music and performances with INXS. Now, a new chapter of the band is opening and I know that you will still lead in spirit and in inspiration.
I can now say: Farewell Michael.

And then to see them in 1993 back in the Aragon Ball Room for their “Pub Tour” Michael was the best!
He was incredible. His energy was amazing and lives forever due to his love of what he did!

I was at their concert at Summerfest in 1987, but it got rained out.
I saw them 6 months later that the Aragonne Ballroom in Chicago, a small venue where Michael lit up the entire place with an energy that I have never seen since. He sat 20' above the stage on top of the amps and sang “what you need” then he jumped down and ran all over the stage. This was in 1987 after I had been listening to them for over 5 years and he filled that small venue with an unbelieveable aura. My wife and I have been going to concerts for over 20 years and this is my favorite!
Here is a great piece written about him and the band at that time that says it all:
Long before Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam and Scott Stapp of Creed began setting women's hearts a flutter across the globe, there was another brooding young singer with smoldering good looks and a sexual rawness that until that point had not been seen on a concert stage since Jim Morrison fronted the Doors a dozen years before.
This god-like frontman who seemed to embody the energy of the atom and the charisma of a modern day Valentino, was an Aussie lad named Michael Hutchence and his band from down under was INXS.
God Bless you Michael. You will always be remembered!!!

Dear Mike,in these Novemberdays we play your song's with mixt feelings...,it hurts,at the same time we are inmensely proud of you, we love you Michael, stay young.
Michael was a beautiful man. Great singer and entertainer. He has been greatly missed. I wish the new band great success. I know that Michael will be with them in memory always. Thanks for all the great songs and memories you have given me through the years. Luv ya
I know that everything happens has a sort of sense, but it seems to me so meaningless ... I'd like someone could tell me the real why. I can't do it by myself, it's so difficult to accept.
But you are around, this is the most important thing. Like Andrew Farris once said, nothing really ends, nothing really dies. You are alive as you've always been, we are here and you are near us, not far; what we got to do is only hearing, is feeling, is listening to your magic.
Live, Michael, live.

It's hard to believe so many years have passed since Michael left us. May he forever rest in peace.
