My son shares your first name and has, from what I have only heard and read, you love for life and a great big smile for everyone.
My wife and I tell our son every chance we get were his name comes from, he loves you too so much Michael.. he trys so hard to sing along with you when we have a cd in.
And dumb me can do anything but sit there and cry...If I was given just one real wish, I would wish that you look over my son and give him the gift of you voice through his own way.

When I was 15 I attended my first INXS concert, my first of 4 concerts. I want everyone to know that Michael was an amazing human being and an amazing singer. His music helped me through my difficult times in life. I feel as if I lost a friend. I miss him dearly.
Michael thank goodness for all the wonderful videos,pictures, & that incredible voice you have left for all of us to still love & enjoy of your amazing talents. Your gifts you left, the fun, smiles you gave are alive. You are and always appreciated!! Thank you from a fan Always
Michael you are still greatly missed by those who loved you. I never knew you but felt that I did. You touched me with your music and your ways and that helped me get through many hardships. It was somewhat surreal on Friday to be at the INXS concert yet be realizing that it was almost nine years ago that you had left us. Yet when the band played Mystify it was as if time had stopped and things were as one wanted it to be, wherever and whenever. That is yourlegacy - memorizing music that touches the soul. I'm sorry that you are not with us to continue to share your gift, but I know that your gift will grow as INXS continues. You continue to be in our hearts.

Its now the 22nd here in Newfoundland, and in my mind, a sense of sadness has set in.
Its hard to believe its been 9 years, I was only 12 when Michael died, but even now I appreciate him so much. Theres not a day that goes by now that I dont listen to a INXS Cd, or watch a DVD and am reminded of how talented, hard working, and fabulous Michael was. I admire him for that.

I can honestly say not a day goes by I don't listen to one of your songs, watch an INXS DVD or get upset thinking how good it would be if you were still here with us winning your first Acadamy Award because we all knew you were going to have a big future in acting after the solo album (to those that don't know he was pegged to play Vincent Vega in Pulp Fiction). You have influenced me soooo much man. Your were the coolest cat going around. Charisma...talent....and holy shit what a voice!
Looking at this guest book and knowing how many people loved you and are thinking of you it makes me so sad to think that such a loved person would think they are worth nothing and their life was taken so early. You live on every day Hutch....and I get the greatest felling of all when people come up to me after a gig and say 'You remind me of Michael Hutchence'

la verdad que michael era un hombre que le daba mucho carisma a la banda, para mi es irremplasable. Yo hace poco perdi a mi papa y fue muy feo, asi que mi mas profundo pesame para su familia tambien.
