this year marks michael's 10th anniversary as you know..i've had a message i want to share with you....
on my twin boys birthdays, oct 31,1997..they just turned 10 years old.... they were born halloween morning that year 1997, a year we know the importance of..
i was at my son's parent teacher conferences and noticed an owl portrait on the wall put together by one of the students...date thurs november 8...his close band member had a dream about michea l on his farm visiting him as an OWL saying....don't worry, i'm free.....
i have been blown away this week experiencing these psychic connections...my sister lost her only son, Nathan, on Nov. 20, 1991 to SIDS. I called my sister , Theresa, to comfort her because i know this month is so delicate and precious for her...nathan would have been 17 this year.
i am overwhelmed with appreciation and gut-wrenching love for you and you son michael..he was so good, so beautiful..it's hard for me to see him go. he and you have touched me in ways unimaginable until now, as i offer you my love and support..
i will be here with you for always,,goodbye micheal, i love you..it's so hard, i can't stop crying, but i will continue on because it's good cause..

I grew up in Australia and even as a small girl I remember how people would talk about INXS and what it represented to us as Aussies. I didn't have the opportunity to see Michael perform live although it was the only thing I wanted in this world, he was a really talented singer, I'm sure all of us will miss him deeply.

As all of me lets go and surrenders to you. Are you still here? Your swooshing, your swaying, your vibrant life brings me to another place. It was like yesterday.

As i sit here reading the beautiful comments tears i felt had dried spring back to know just how loved Michael was and is still 10 years on. Just a crazy rock and roller, no he was so much more. God bless you Michael
You've been in my thoughts a lot lately Michael. Just wanted to tell you that I miss your presence. Peace and love always.
It's November. I'm only young, and was only a small child when Michael died. But since i've grown older and discovered more about music, November has always felt like such a horrible month. It is always the month of November that reminds me that something in the world is missing. It's Michael that's missing. I don't think i've listened to his solo album so much before. During his whole time with INXS he never sang one song without great happiness and enthusiasm. His solo album, especially the song Slide Away brings out his sorrow. It's so hard to believe that he could be so unhappy. He is greatly missed every day, and will be forever in our hearts.
What an immensely talented guy, I've always admired Michael and I've always liked INXS. I was really young when INXS were around in the 80's, but I have very vivid memories of them and their music. RIP Michael, love you sweetheart.

Everyday I listen to INXS-music. I also listened to the songs sung by JD Fortune, but I can't get used to his voice and character. The one and only is still MICHAEL HUTCHENCE. His voice is so unique, and also his looks, his eyes, his dreamy behavior now and then... I met him many years ago, but it was like a thunderstruck! He is still in my heart.

I became a man during the age of INXS. MTV and college filled my life during my late teens and early 20's. Not a day goes by without a Miachael Hutchence/INXS song playing through my IPOD or home stereo. Much as the Beatles were to one generation, INXS is to many others. To have the looks, talent and the sound Michael had in addition to the rest of INXS's talent was once in a lifetime. Thank you for the Wembley Live Baby Live DVD. After reading the INXS book and watching the extras on the DVD I have a new appreciation for the leap of faith it took to spend the money on that investment. As a professional photographer I can't thank you enough for what a gift that continues to be for the world to enjoy. Amazing! It has inspired me to learn the guitar and I'm trying to play along where I can with INXS. Thank you guys. I love you.

You were so much larger than life and we loved to Hear That Sound of your incredible voice, heart-felt lyrics and unique songs that transcended traditional music.
Regrettably, with fame came the unrelenting thunder and Tiny Daggers of a media storm and personal strife that Cut Your Roses Down, and you're the one Who Pays the Price. Very few realized you were Just a Man and how much you suffered inside. Tragically, you had Not Enough Time on Earth; as you felt you could not Put the Pieces Back Together of your shattered life and didn't see the Possibilities other than to Kill the Pain and Slide Away. You prophetically sang in your song Never Tear Us Apart, “I told you if we could fly, cause we all have wings but some of us don't know why”. We hope you were able to Make Your Peace and obtain Freedom Deep within you.
