I weekly miss Michael, an imaginary distant but oh so close nephew whom I have never known personally. The way he sung, looked and moved on the INXS rhythms almost perfectly resembled my deep love for Australia. I have never been there due to a lack of money, but Michael's appearance makes me feel as if his musical vocal chords suck me heavenly to Australian soil as a primal, unbeatable force from both mother nature and urban Australian life. So Michael's heavenly primal screams sound like a paramount, unbeatable, improved version of any Australian anthem...

On this day and everyday I remember Michael as someone very near and dear to my heart. I was fortunate enough to grow up listening to his music and seeing him perform live. He is the most charismatic entertainer ever to grace a live stage. Happy Birthday Michael "no one else comes close to you".
