All I want to say is that for years a group of woman and myself go away for a weekend away from the husbands. And like all years prior the man to end our evening has always been Michael and INXS. Just picture it, a bunch of woman dancing on chairs singing at the tops of our lungs “I need you tonight”. What more of a complement can that be for such a beatiful and talented man. Thsi is a great site and a great memorial. Thanks for allowing us to post our feeling.

Words cannot exspress the sadness I

What a lovely job you have all done in creating this Memorial site of Michael for his family, friends and fans. Such a sad loss of life is always hard to come to terms with but in the year of 97 I think “THE BIG MAN UPSTAIRS” needed to call in some angels and Michael was one of them. He will always be remembered by me as one of the millions who grew up listening to his songs. Thank you for giving me this opportunity to recall those times within this site!

In time, the heart may heal but the void will be forever. Thanks for the memories. Your music will live forever.

I had the pleasure of seeing INXS no less than 6 times in concert, twice in one week in 1986, and I was amazed at how Michael could hold an audience in the palm of his hand the whole time he was on stage. I grew up to the music of INXS and was heart broken when I heard the news, because I find it hard to believe that someone from my generation has gone to the great rock concert in the sky. A friend of mine, who is the biggest INXS fan I know, aprat from myself, was due to go to one of the anniversary concerts and was really looking forward to it as he had never had the priviledge and sadly missed out. I cried at while watching the funeral and often go to visit his memorial and sit and reflect in the peace and quiet of the surroundings. He is probably leading the great rock concert in the sky even as we speak and I know now that there really is a ROCK & ROLL HEAVEN. Sadly missed but never forgotten. Michael will always be with me in music.

Just heard Michael's solo album and although I love it, it is still hard to believe he is gone. His music will live on forever.

I was very lucky to have met Michael and Tiger...and also the yummy Paula Yates. I think it is very sad and also very damaging to Tiger the way

everything has gone between the families. Paula has a heart of gold, even though sometimes misguided! She is a truly wonderful, caring person and the facy that she is not mentioned here is very sad. It was Michaels decision to be with her, and as a father Kell should recognise that! There are two sides to every story, but also sometimes a third. Kell and Paula, the third is Michaels, who sadly cannot say.

as a musician living in perth trying to make it in the big ol' world inspirations are few and far between.

michael has been and will always be one of my inspirations along with my self belief to strive forward towards my goals in this beautiful industry.
