I really love this site it is so beautifuly put together thank u for sharing your personal photos, memories and your time, we all loved Michael as u have always known. I miss him each day but cherish the time he spent on earth i am lucky to have heard his musical talent and seen his great acting ablity mike was a caring,talented,bright all up a very loving man it is sad that he is not here in body to see the success of his album that he worked so hard on, but his spirit is with us HERES TO U MIKE CHEERS on the success and reckonision that your album deserves. I will never forget u mike u have left us a gift of a life time may u rest in peace.I had the privilage to go to mikes memorial and the service was really lovely and the memorial stone was really beautiful I also attend the get together at the hard rock i meet some fans there and mr Hutchence aswell, I know u wouldnt remember cause u had alot on your mind my heart is with u and your wife ,Rhett & his family ,Mrs Hutchence & tina ,and little tiger lily .I will always cherish that night at the hard rock that i got to share with the rest of the fans that were there that night.sorry this is so long . Ever since “The Swing” I was hooked. He sang with such passion, and so many of his songs represent a certain moment in my life. We were blessed to have him, even for a short while.
This is a message to everyone who has posted here! I spent last night reading every single post, and cried through most of them. I love the tone of the heartfelt messages left here by fans who still love Michael. I also am impressed by all the names I have never seen before, from all over the world. I would just like to say, Michael, you are still loved so much, and missed so much.
It has been almost two years, and for me, there is a thought expressed in each post that echoes my feelings.

This memorial site is one of the most touching and elegant sites that I have read. The time, thought and effort from Michael's family and friends will be deeply appreciated from fans around the world. It is hard to publicly express your pain in losing a loved one - but the Hutchence family have done it with the utmost dignity. Thank you for sharing your life and times with Michael. We truly appreciate it.

I have been a fan since 1983, and INXS's music helped me through some of the darkest times of my teenage years ... it uplifted me and made me feel like life was worth living. When I first heard the news of Michael's death I was deeply saddened. Thankyou Kelland for sharing your memories with us all.

I just want to say thank you for bringing us such a beautiful site. I sit here in a flood of tears listening to Michael's new album and remembering the one thing that will forever stay in my memories - having Michael come down into the area between the stage and barrier at an INXS concert where I was in the front row. He reached out and took my hand in both of his and looked into my eyes. For an extended moment we were the only two people on earth. I will never forget it. INXS and their shows and music have been such a big part of my life for fifteen years. I still miss him so much it hurts, and that can only be a fraction of what you're feeling. My deepest sympathies go to you, the family and of course the rest of INXS.

Talented, good looking, seemingly good natured, and yet tragic. Left family members and a daughter. We only know celebrities for face value, but his family who has lost is soul must be devasted. For you, I am truly sorry.
We all have wings but some of us don't know why...

First I want to say thank you to Michaels family for this wonderful memorial. I can't put into words just how much Michael and INXS have had an impact on my life. When he died a part of me died with him. No matter how much I grieve, I will always miss what is now gone but will treasure what will always be, the music,the memories and the legend he left behind. I love and miss you Michael. Peace, Love and Happiness forever.

This is a fantastic site, and a great tribute to Michael's memory. I grew up with the music of INXS, and it was clear that Michael and the band were very talented.
Michael's death was a great loss to the music world and his contribution should not be forgotten. I eagerly await Michael's solo album.

My early childhood memories where surrounded by Michael and his music. Although I never met Michael, I am truly touched by this memorial. Some family friends of mine lived in Belrose and remember hearing Michael and the Ferris brothers practise in their garage.They enjoyed the sound so much they didn't want them to stop. Lest we forget.

This is a very informable web site. I enjoyed INXS very much - and still do. I had the great honour of talking with the INXS crew during the stay here in JHB in June '97. Michael Huthcence was truly a great man.
