INXS and especially Michael have been such a large part of my life .I don't think there are words to explain how much we loved and admired him . and so sad to think that he's actually gone . but i believe he's still around, everywhere with immortal voice . and still i feel . it's such a strange thing to love someone you haven't met. Many people don't understand it . but i just wanna say i'll never forget u michael .plsssssssss come back

I've listened to Michael and INXS's music on three continents; in times of war, peace, happiness, saddness, and near death with my cancer.
The lyrics (especially the ballads) make sense to me when I am happy or sad, and give me some awareness, as if Michael were the big brother I never had, and watches out for me.
With U2's “Stuck In A Moment ...” I felt compelled to listen, even though I now rarely listen to music now -- and I've come to find out that U2 wrote it about Michael.
For a man that holds in emotion and pain for the benefit of others, Michael and INXS have allowed me an outlet in my writing, and expressing my grief through the real life characters I put down on paper.
I suppose one day I will cry, thanks to Michael and his talents.
