You and your music will live on forever. Your lyrics and presence on stage captivated your audiences like no other. Thank you for the fun times that came with listening to your music for hours on end in my early 20s and still do to this day. Rest in Peace Michael - you will never be forgotten.

I must admit that at first I was somewhat unfazed by Michael Hutchence’s artwork, but now I can see he was a great singer and artist. He was very much different from a typical rock star, brooding and thoughtful rather than crazy and unhinged. Unfortunately he didn’t live long enough and suffered from depression but his music will live on for quite some time.

was extremely moved by the Mystify , Michael Hutchence documentary shown last night. I remember when I first saw him in 1984 on tv and after the documentary last night forgot just how mesmerising Michael was and still is now. such a great talent , musically and lyrically, charismatically and charming. it saddens me to know that he had brain damage due to another mans impatience as a driver knocking Michael to the ground causing these injuries, which later affected his emotions and his beautiful mind of genius. for someone like myself who has had depression all my life , I really felt for him , through the trauma and pressures that other people can put on you ,that you feel a failure and not of worth. Michael lives on for ever in our hearts and gave us his greatest legacy for us all to enjoy that he will never be forgotten . love and hugs to Michael's family . love and peace be with you Michael, always, God bless. xxx 💕

I loved Michael and went with my sister to see him at Wembley in July 1991. Sadly my sister died after taking her own life after battling bipolar disorder.

Diane was a sensitive, beautiful soul, like Michael. I watched the Mystify documentary and it has brought them both back to me. Special souls taken too soon but in Michael's case we have fantastic footage and photos. Will always remember you both with great affection.

I had never heard from Michael or INXS, but just seen on BBC a documentary about his life.... so intriguing and so many ups and downs. I’m so sad his life had to end up that way, I feel for his loving daughter whom he loved so much.
May God have mercy on you. Nobody is perfect.
Peace.

As Men we always seem to find it hard to release our Feelings, especially with people we have never met but had a huge impact on our lifes.Michael did that for years with his wonderful voice, and his performances on stage. The sad thing is millions of us never get to tell those what joy they brought to us.
Maybe One day I will be able to tell him.It is beautiful to See that he is not forgotten, with the Live performance from Wembley 1991 being played in Cinema's and Mystify being released.
It's recreated the joy he gave me back in 1991 when I was in the audience going crazy and Michael with Inxs created a mass party for us all.
One of the best Days of my life. And I thank him for it.He was the best frontman of his time.
The love on facebook for him,and his sister Tina sending me a signed copy of her book with love has really touched my heart.
Mystify just showed what a great man he was,and how much love so many had,and still have for him.And I am not ashamed to say I loved him To.
Love and peace x

Dear Michael - thinking of you Christmas day - wondering why you had to be taken so early - guess none of use know when that time comes. I wish I'd taken the time to have got to know you in the early INXS days at the Antler and many places in Sydney - you owe me a beer mate guess I'll get it one day. Guess I was a young teenager in my own bubble trying to make sense of myself and the world (like most of us); so many people around it's hard to meet all - sorry I missed you, so much I'd like to have to chat about now. Time is precious time is fleeting - everything matters at the same time - I think you expressed things that matter to you through music and your words, message resonated around the world. Your poetic lyrics are magic - 'Disappear' - is pure genius - words flowing twirling turns like a Charles Dicken's line in a novel - a few words packed with so much meaning - leading onto yet another. I hear INXS all the time in Australia in shops, radio, DJs, cover bands, parties young and old and Rage. Currently, Australia's on fire all over the place I'm sure you'd come and help. Take care matey. Thinking of you. Christine x

I miss Michael so much! I was a HUGE INXS fan in the 80s and 90s and still enjoy listening to all the old hits and watching videos, of course I can't keep my eyes off of Michael. I wish him eternal peace. He is still loved by millions of people all over the world. Michael, you were and are The Loved One.

Was lucky enough to see Live Baby Live in the theatre a couple weeks ago. Being born in 1984 I was too young to fully appreciate Michael and the band’s talent until about 15 years ago. I live a stones throw from the old West Palm Beach auditorium and regret being too young to see a real INXS performance there. Hutch is the greatest frontman I’ve ever seen footage of. Truly a force of nature, the likes of which we will never see again in Rock and Roll.

Mystify has been great to watch. I have seen you in the Countdown studio. My favorite songs are Disappear and Never Tear us Apart. Sometimes I watch your interviews and they make me laugh. Your funeral made me cry. However, it is true you are in the light now.

Love, Linda

Thinking of you today Kell as you left this world on the 12/12/2002 to be with your beautiful son Michael up there in Heaven. Thinking of Susie, Tiger Lily and your family and friends today! You were always seen as such a gentleman, just as Michael was also. Thank you for starting this beautiful Memorial Site for Michael, it is so lovely that us fans can come here to write what we are thinking! I regularly visit Michael's Memorial at North Ryde that you also set up in his memory, that is such a beautiful, tranquil and peaceful place to go and think of Michael. On Michael's 22nd Anniversary last month, I went to visit Michael at his memorial and met the wonderful Ian Patterson and Ange Perou, who helped you set up Michael's Memorial... they had beautiful things to say about you and Michael. Sending you Much Love and Big Hugs Kell and to the gorgeous Michael. Love Always - Karyn xx 🙂

Was happy and sad this evening watching Live Baby Live in the theater on the east coast. I miss the music of INXS. Watching this concert and remembering the times I saw them live, brought the biggest smile to my face! I miss Michael being here. He was and still remains a light in my life.

I discovered INXS thanks to great co-workers who asked me if I liked them- this was in the early 1980’s. My response at first was ‘in excess of what?’ (I’m always behind on music). They laughed and said that I had to hear them and put on their music. It was fantastic and still is. Michael is a riveting performer, and I am so sorry for your loss. He is not forgotten though. I just finished listening to an album a few minutes ago, and like always, I got goosebumps because it is so good. This is such a sweet idea to make this site, and it says a lot about the Dad who loves him.

Richard Lowenstein’s Mystify did your story justice Michael Hutchence . I ponder what could of been, but I’m thankful to have witnessed your talent. Today’s music is not the same. So missed xx
