In this special day, only want you to know how your sweetness, your softness, your beautiful eyes and your loving soul are in everything around me. Like a delicate butterfly, you follow me.
Thank you, Michael Hutchence.

I really don't know how to start... As you can see my All-day-language isn't English, so maybe the things I write are competly wrong but I think the message which I wanna show plays the important role! Maybe I'm one of INXS youngest fans (age:15)but I love the music like the adults, I think! 🙂 When I heard INXS the first time (it was “Listen like thieves”) I was shocked (the postive way). It was so different from all the other things I hear (like HIM, Lenny Kravitz, a German band called “Die Ärzte”,...)but in the same moment I got something like a special connection to the music! Here in Germany it's very difficult to get informations about INXS or older CDs (I'm lucky, because my hometowm has a very good library)so I read of Michaels death only after I had a lot of the CDs! Well, I think it's such a big loss, for the music and also for his friends/family/...
I can't describe with words what I felt, when I heard this!!!
I will always remember your (and INXS) music and my favourite song will forever be “New Sensation”!
If another German fan read (and understand:-)...) this, maybe he could contact me? I would be glad! This site is great, good luck for your future! (the same wishes for INXS)

I've watched the INXS Live Baby Live DVD last night and while i was watching it and realizing that Michael it's not with us no more, it was really sad, cause the inspiration that i was getting from the Performance and the Energy that they had. I am a musician myself too and i must say INXS and Michael's vocal is a great motivation for my music. It's really sad the fact that some great musicians go away this way, like Curt Cobain, Layne Staley. I wished that i could see them performing Live (at least once). I think that Michael and INXS as a band will be remembered Forever.

Peace

As my little sister has entered a comment, I feel it only right and proper that, as elder sister, I do also! Micheal Hutchence was quite simply a sex god, he had it oozing out of every one of his attractively large pores. Seeing him at the Barrowlands was one of the best things I've ever done.

Miss you Michael. There will never be another like you. INXS have been part of my life for 20 years. I wish the best to the band who seemed to love Michael so, and hope they get to make more incredible music, soon. Love to little Tiger and thank you to Michaels now sadly departed father, Kell and all the other wonderful people involved in maintaining this beautiful memorial. I'm sure Michael would be so proud.

I went to see Inxs perform at the Barrowlands in Glasgow in the June before Michael Hutchence died. I will never forget how wonderful they were as a band and what an amazing voice Michael Hutchence had. People forget that he really could sing, aside from being so amazingly good looking. He is greatly missed.

INXS must go on.It's very hard without Michael, but I think that the band can still make wonderful music.Even without his amazing frontman, they got to move on.There are many people who suffer for Michael's lost, but how much suffering in an INXS member?Only music can wash away this pain.“Like everything that's built upon the sand”...Look forward guys,Michael's got to live trhough INXS music!!

I WAS IN COLLEGE WHEN INXS BROKE OUT ON THE WORLD STAGE. WHEN I FIRST SAW MICHAEL IN AN MTV VIDEO, I WAS STUNNED BY THE SIGHT OF ONE OF THE SEXIEST MEN I HAD EVER SEEN. MICHAEL WAS A WONDERFUL ENTERTAINER, A NATURAL SHOWMAN. I ENJOYED HIS MUSIC VERY MUCH AND BEST OF ALL WHEN I WAS ABLE TO SEE HIS WONDERFUL FACE IN A MUSIC VIDEO. WHEN HE SANG IT LOOKED LIKE HE WAS LOOKING RIGHT THROUGH YOU. HIS FAMILY SHOULD BE VERY PROUD OF HIM, HE ACHIEVED GREAT THINGS I THINK. THIS IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL WEBSITE YOU HAVE HERE. GOD BLESS MICHAEL AND HIS FAMILY FOR ALL ETERNITY.

I recently entered a video in the Untitled Rock Star contest which was put to me as an open audition to sing for INXS. I could never would never set out to replace Michael and I felt at first uneasy to even attempt such a thing. Then when I found out that his birthday was January 22 just like my sweetheart so the video became in some way my tribute to Michael.

Just watched the INXS performance on the Live Aid DVD, and watching Michael sing “Don't Change” took me right back to my teen year and my humongous crush on him and even bigger love of their music.

Dear Michael & Paula,

I would just like to say firstly, I agree with the comments from Walter Severoni from Caracas, Venezuela. INXS can not possibly exsist without Michael Hutchence. I would like to know why they have chosen to continue? I'm sorry my words are hard also but Michael Hutchence was INXS -full stop- please give him the respect he deserves. It's always the good who die young... and Michael & Paula were too good for this world, two beautiful people, which will shine through their daughter..

may they both rest in peace happy together somewhere

IN 1990 I GOT TO MEET THE INXS BAND WHEN THEY CAME INTO A GAS STATION/STORE I WAS WORKING AT. NICE GUYS! IT IS VERY SAD THAT MICHAEL IS NO LONGER LIVING.

being the typical teen in the 80s, i loved all the music, and my favorite groups were erasure, cultrue club, duran duran, and of course inxs.i wore out my listen like thieves tape, because “what you need” is such a great song. then again, all of em are good.never tear us apart is such a pretty song too. what a shame to have to leave us at such a young age.i think of a lot of good times when i hear an inxs song on the radio. rest in peace, michael, you were very talented. thanks for making my teen years fun. especailly driving with one of your tapes in the player, or listening to you on the radio, or dancing at the dance in the cafeteria on friday night during the school year. good times.

When I heard on November 22,1997 that Inxs lead vocalist Michael Hutchence had died,I was in shock & after the shock had worn off I was deeply traumatized as I'm certain all those who loved him were, especially his immediately family. I know that it had to be & most likely still is hard for them. He had an amazing voice. He was also an incredibly handsome man. A man whose life ended long before it should've. I'll never forget him or his incredible voice. Oh Michael Y did you have 2 leave us? May you rest in eternal peace. You'll live 4ever in this young womans' heart.
