I have loved you and followed your life and career since I first laid eyes on the “Send A Message” video. I still think of you often and when I listen to your music and hear that sexy voice I want to cry.....wow..what a talent you were. You are sadly missed by millions. I remember when i first heard the news...I was working a midnight shift at my job at the local Humane Society and I was listening to a retro night on the radio station when they cut off the song they were playing to deliver the horrific news. I stood stunned and in disbelief. They went on to have a moment of silence and played one of your songs and i literally sank in the corner of the room and cried. Never has any musician had that effect on me and i will forever consider you Immortal in my eyes. And I hope when my time comes i will finally get to meet you and tell you how wonderful you are.

Original Sin drew my attention to the band and Kick was the first album I bought when I was a teenager. I bought any subsequent album, saw some gigs when they performed in Belgium,
tried to shake my nerdy look (back then 😉 by identifying myself with Michael, got hooked to the sound of an electric guitar because of Tim's, got hooked to the sound of a
saxophone because of Kirk's... you
get the picture. All in all, INXS made me get hooked to the sound of rock. And then, all of a sudden, it was over. Pfff, I hardly listen to the albums anymore. Too painful to miss that magical voice but the suddenness of Michael's demise also causes some melancholy because for some reason I associate my
'fanship' with my adolescence.
However, if any of the band members is reading : I wish you all the best with your current and future pursuits. For you it must be
/have been much harder to move beyond Michael's legacy while music is your passion.

Michael was a very talented and gifted artist. I know he is a better place now!! His music will live on forever.

I just wanted to come and express once more how much I miss Michael and his talent, his awesome presence on stage and of course as a woman I also admired his physical beauty, he looked like a real god with those lovely golden curls and deep expresive eyes, sweet and sensual smile. All of this rarely comes together, beauty, charm, talent. It is a pitty we lost him so soon. Anyway, this will not make me forget you sweet honey pie. Your music and spirit will live on forever and in my soul, heart and mind as long as I live and beyond...

hello, hope all is doing well, I would like to say I am a long time INXS fan, ever since kindergarten, I would sing “never tear us apart” and when I was 18, I bought my first INXS album, “kick” at a used book / cd store. I was hooked more than I was when I was little. I see they started the “rockstar” show, it's crazy that they think anyone could have the voice that Michael did. I think that they should leave well enough alone. I may just be saying this because they won't be coming to Washington D.C, but it looks to me as if they are trying to start over, when they could never do so.....anyway, R.I.P michael, and continue listening INXS fans
