This is the second time I've posted on Michael's board, but I was compelled to send him a message. Nobody as far as I'm concerned can take his place. He was one of a kind. I played or should say blasted the Kicks C.D. in my car today and felt so close to him, it's hard to explain. I know no one will ever get over his passing or his memory. I know I never will! Michael's unique voice and style will be permanently implanted in my brain. I shared my best youthful days in high school and college with the band. Losing Michael was a great loss for everyone. However, he will live on forever in all of our hearts and minds. Since the bands first album the music world has not been the same. The bands sound was far ahead of its time. It greatly influenced modern rock music. The world would of been an empty place without INXS. Thanks and God Bless!

I am sad that Michael Hutchence passed on many years ago. May he find peace. I thought that Micheal was unbelievably charismatic mesmerising all those who watched and listened to him. I'm in my late 20's and so I grew up listening to INXS. Michael's voice to me was that of an angel. A quality that is hard to find. Although he is no longer with us, he and his voice will forever remain in our hearts.
We will never forget Michael, his verve, and light shine thru all true inxs followers... rest in peace Michael
Music has always been very important to me and Michael played a role in that. INXS was, and always will be, one of my all time favorite bands (very short list). Michael is one of a kind and can not be replaced. When I heard about what happened to him I felt a genuine sense of loss. We are all sorry to see him go. Thanks Michael for all you've given to music; see you again some day.
One of the best singers ever!!! I wish that INXS wouldn't go the way they are going, but we all know that he will always be voice and soul of the band. I mean look at the last solo work he had. One of the greatest works ever. The world may never really know what they lost the day he died.

Michael is irreplaceable. He was the ultimate, hot, sexy, charismatic, mesmerizing frontman. A TRUE ROCKSTAR, in every sense of the word. Plus, his haunting voice and true creative genius electrified us, with every note he sang, and every song he (co-)wrote. I miss him!

Recently, VH1 Classic Concert featured INXS which brought a lot of memories back. Man, I still think Michael was so handsome and he had a beautiful (now haunting) voice. I drove my husband crazy when I played “Don't Change” video over and over. Michael was always great on stage. I still can't believe that this beautiful man is dead. He is still missed. But I wish his daughter - Tiger Lilly - and the rest of his family all the best.

Michaels' beautiful voice will live on forever in his music. I am exposing my children to the powerful, emotional music he created and performed. My husband and I were married in 1995, and we danced to the song Shine Like It Does.
