How do you say what one person has meant to your life? For there are no words which can adequately paint that portrait. His life has beautified so many and still has such a profound affect on my life. I am still amazed at the depth his life had and still does to this day. He is a light in this world that cannot be extinguished just by his physical person reaching this journey's end. I am so grateful for the life he had for its purpose and meaning still live on in all of us. The music he and INXS made deeply defines who I am, it is entwined with my soul.........
On this day after 8 years I still grieve in my heart, yet I have hope in that his spirit will live on and continue to touch others.
This day I say, Michael, I miss you. The tears are bitter, and yet so sweet...... To those of you who still mourn, I mourn with you. And if I see you on the Stairs, I will not just pass you by.......

This move had the moves the voice and style. I love everything that came out of his mouth. He was sexy, fell in love with INXS from the first day. His is truly missed. And i feel INXS pick the right lead singer to let them go on (JD). But Michael can never be replaced. Always in my thoughts

I was only 12 yrs. old when Michael died. I never got to see him in concert; however, I still feel so connected to a man I never met nor even saw perform while he was alive.
Whenever I'm feeling sad, lonely, happy, angry, excited, or whatever, I listen to INXS or Michael's solo album and it fulfills me. I never get tired of hearing his music. His lyrics/music continues to motivate and captivate me.
As I write this I'm listening to Michael's solo album and I light a candle in his memory knowing that Michael lives on through his music. Although it is a great tragedy to lose such a gifted man, we will always have his music, videos, and pictures to remember him by.
To the best frontman (really the best singer/performer/and lyricists) who ever lived, we miss you.

Your music has recently done something amazing for me, yet again. My daughter, who was only 7 months & 8 days old when this tragedy happened, has become (and I am so proud to say this) one of your biggest fans! We have this new shared interest that has bonded us together...THANK YOU!
I also wanted to share a recent happening, I will never forget. Friday, November 4, 2005, Las Vegas, NV. In the middle of an amazing U2 concert, Bono taking a moment to remember his friend, Michael, followed by him dedicating “Stuck In a Moment”, to the friend he obvisouly misses very much.

Yesterday I was going to come by and leave some love, but the past few years I have been trying not to keep this day. I am of the mindset that it would be much better to keep Michael's birthday in my heart than this somber occasion. So yesterday I didnt come by, but you know what? Apparently it didnt make a difference.. because my thoughts kept wandering back to Michael anyway. So here I am today, (despite my best efforts to “reclaim” the day) & I will stand and mourn with the rest of you. I miss your voice Michael, and I miss your presence in this world. Michael was Inxs. I do not know if I will ever except or like the new Inxs. We will see. I had a friend that had the same accident as he did.....She has just started getting back her sense of smell and taste even though it took about 15 yrs. I wonder if Michael waited around long enough if a miracle might have prevented him from leaving us so soon. He will always be missed.
I will never forget the day when I learned Michael had died. He was so alive, a huge talent. I almost didn't watch RockStar Inxs, but ended up rationalizing it was a way in which I could pay tribute to Michael and remain a loyal fan to Inxs. The show kicked a**!!!! I still miss watching it! I cried for the last 20 minutes of the last show, thinking maybe Michael was there watching it all play out and pleased with the outcome!

Michael's voice had a sensual quality about it. There were these certain notes and whispers that could penetrate your very sole. Although I still support the band INXS as a fan, there will be only one Michael Hutchence whose haunting voice will live on forever.
