I think that INXS is the best band ever Michael was and always will be the greatest vocalist to ever put his thoughts to music, JD Fortune is orriginally from the town I live in and although he is a good vocalist he can't replace the immortal Michael Kelland Hutchence, thank you so much for allowing me to pay my respect.

Only to say that Michael is timeless, his music will never die, and all that great songs that he left us will be with me forever. Never tear us apart.
I was fortunate to make an HP Sales reward club event in Mexico, and they hired INXS for a private party on March 7, 2007. The band was great. I am in my 50's, and I loved this band. As the performance went on, I felt that something was missing, it was Michael Kelland Hutchence. The person who sang lead, I can't remember his name, was pretty good for an American Idol walk on. But, Michael was the heart and sole of the band. I truly miss this guy, and I think of all the great song that could have been after his death. I guess we can only listen to the great, great songs he sang, and wish he was still with us.

I just watched an old INXS video on TV and I had forgotten just how talented and gorgeous Michael was--his physical body may be gone, but he'll live forever through his music....
He was a very special man - we will celebrate his music when we see INXS in Dublin in June. We travelled to see them in Glasgow in Nov 2006, Michael can and will never be replaced and I will never look at anyone sing 'never tear us apart, that was Michael to me and the memory of him singing that in the Point depot in Dublin 1990 will be my most treasured memory.

I was watching a live version of the song Searching, one of the last appearances Michael did. And he had such a wonderful spirit, you could see how honest his performance was. I think if he had focused on performing in smaller more intimate venues and supporting causes he cared about, he could of survived. Michael had a great energy and didn't come across as troubled star like Morrison and Cobain. I think INXS will be rediscovered and appreciated for the beauty they did have in Michael.
Michael not only lives on in his beautiful music, but in his fan's hearts. I know he knows this. When I am down or need a lift, I can flip on a radio and find him singing. He will always evoke wonderful memories for me. “Not enough time” for sure, but he left such a wonderful catalog of work!!!! Michael, rest in peace and the love of your friends, family and fans.
