Happy birthday, mate.
Gone but never forgotten.

Today the 22nd January 2014 would of been Michael Hutchence's 54th Birthday. Many of us have special memories of seeing this amazing man perform, some may not have been as lucky to have experienced him live on stage. I am one that was fortunate to have experienced the pleasure of watching him stride across the stage. I also have the special memories of meeting him twice in the 80s. And being in awe of him that I was too scared to ask for a photo with him, did get autographs. But I have those memories. Today , I remember a man that left this world too soon, and a man that still touches many 16 years after his passing, a man that somehow has made some dreams of mine come true and others. He was JUST A MAN, but a man who has left his mark on the world and is Forever young...... Happy Birthday Hutch! We miss you !

Birthday time again, going on Sydney time. Trying to hear as much of Michaels work as I can fit in today. One can only imagine what more he could give us and what he'd be like today.

Happy birthday Hutch!! Can hardly believe you would have been 54. If only.......Anyhow, I'm going to have a couple of glasses of red tonight and think of you - and all the fabulous memories your music gave us. Like a certain scent, every song takes me back to a particular time in my life. My best friend Janene and I agree, INXS was the soundtrack to our youth. Miss you Michael xx

Happy Birthday, Michael! You're the BEST & only lead singer for INXS! You had a great voice, were very talented & extremely HOT! In my opinion can never be replaced! You ROCKED! Now you ROCK in Heaven! I listened to your music when I was losing my Mom. It helped me through a very difficult time. I still listen to your music today! I don't think they should have a movie about your life out cause no one can play the part of you only you can do that! I wouldn't go see it if it was in the USA, cause I'm not judging or will I ever judge you & how you lived your life! I don't care, it's not my business and you never done anything worse than anyone else has done in their life. And do not think you should be portrayed in a wrong way. I love you! Adore you! I'm sending you a bunch of HUGS & a big KISS from me to you in Heaven! You're a Rock God, a Rock Legend, & a Rock Icon! You're life & legency should be celebrated in the Rock 'N Roll Hall Of Fame! One of my Angels in Heaven! If you see my Mom in Heaven will you please give her a big HUG & KISS for me! Your biggest fan!

Remember you with great times in my youth. Remember you bothering to say hello to me when I was too shy to say hello to you. Remember you being shy yourself, hard to believe when watching you on stage, but true! I hope you are happy wherever you are, so hope to meet you again another time. Fi x

I cannot stop thinking about Michael. He is around my spirit regularly. I think the wild child singer in me relates so well to him? My friends and I saw the band 3 times before he passed. He will never be forgotten. Merry Christmas 2013 to his family, and daughter. R.I.P. amazing singer-performer X O X O
