I fell in love with Micharl Hutchence in 1987.... my boyfriend wasn't too impressed, but he stood no chance! The music of INXS has been with me ever since.... Michael's picture is on my fridge... now my 5 year old daughter thinks he is gorgeous, and we dance and sing to his music all the time. He is gorgeous... always will be. I dream about him....the most fantastic dreams, and I wake up happy and whisper a thank you.
I miss him.

I too thank Mr. Hutchence for this amazing site. I know this may sound corny, but whenever I am in need of any sort, I lay back and just listen to him. His lyrics and the music. He gives me peace. He always has and always will. Forever in our hearts!!!!!

Да и теперь, с каждым днем, я все больше убеждаюсь, что мне его никто и никогда не заменит! А началось все в 1989 г....Такие вот дела!

There are just so many things I could say about Michael's music and about the man himself....but Michael was his music, and the music is Michael. You can't help but to just sit and listen to such poigniant words from such a strong yet weak man. I appreciate his strengths and weaknesses and it's Michael's music that makes you apreiate all of these qualtites. Thank you Michael...thank you for your music and your charismatic ways. You will always be missed, but most important you will always be loved...loved for you. Thank you for always being you!

Yesterday it was a little miracle--I was looking through
my videotapes--just to find some movies--and suddenly
I found Mike's video “Keep the peace”--you know,from
OST “Beverly Hills cop” or smth. like this.Sorry,I don't remember...It was so great present for me!
New side of Mike's talent,new look,new song...
One more time I thought “Oh,babe,you are amazing,gorgeous,

I only met Micheal momentarily but was overwhelmed by his God like quality and beauty, he was polite and and conversation ended after a few short minutes. I was standing in the middle of William St Melbourne near a tram stop when I heard the news over my radio headset that he had taken his life, I was devastated and felt pain for his daughter Tiger and wife Paula.
I thank the band for the opportunity to meet with Micheal even for only those few short minutes.

I was flipping channel last night, when I saw the story on E! I've heard of the group INXS before, don't know much about them, but like their music.
After last night, I feel I've known him for years. I'm now downloading music recorded by the band, and here I am. I felt sad about what happened, because I was feeling like that years ago, when I couldn't get hold of any of my so called friends. It's sad that no one was there for him TO SAVE HIM in time. His daughter is the remnant of Michael, she is so beautiful and visiting here made me feel closer to both of them. Even though I've just begun! He will surely be missed.

4 months after having the honour of seeing INXS on their UK tour in June 1997 I booked my idyllic holiday of a lifetime to Australia. 4 weeks later Michael was dead, the shock of such a tragic loss was immense but strange how the timing had evolved. I witnessed the funeral on UK TV and 3 weeks later I was in Sydney. I had written a letter of sadness but of appreciation of a wonderful person in readiness to take to St Andrews and posted it through the door. A daunting moment but one that I was so very grateful to have had,I felt I could at least say goodbye.
For some strange reason yesterday I felt the urge to resurrect my INXS video collection, possibly not watched since Michael's death...and what did I find in one of the cases? The draft of my letter that I had taken to Sydney. I read it and decided I couldn't have phrased it any better now.
I didn't know the Memorial website existed until today and have found it extremely touching but encouraging to discover that Michael's life really is cause for celebration, he gave so much to so many and I'm sure Tiger will have inherited his goodness.

I'm so so sorry we lost such a man as Michael Hutchence.

I have always been a huge INXS fan! I even got the pleasure of seeing them live a few times in the 80s. INXS was the equivelant to a Britney Spears concert today. Every teenager was at the INXS concert.

I visited the INXS site to view the new CD. I saw Mr. Hutchence on the VH1 program (a few years ago) and immediately identified Michael as someone who came from a family of love and respect.

I wanted to compliment Mr. Hutchence on this web site. I really enjoy Aussie people when I travel abroad and in the states. You always have a good sense of humor and look at the world with a “worldly outlook.” Your web site shows Michael came from a family of love and respect. I really enjoyed spending a good 30 minutes on here and getting a better appreciation for Michael's life. Thank you sir and God bless you!
