I just want to say that this is a tremendous web-site. I'm only 16 years old, I was about 11 when Michael passed away. Unfortunately I'd just started to like INXS a few months before it happened. I heard Elegantly Wasted and I fell in love with the band straight away. Anyway I ended up getting all the albums and everything. The truth is I'd like to thank Michael Hutchence, INXS and his family for showing me how wonderful music can be and how it should be. I used to want to be a teacher - now I want to be a singer. I love singing and if it hadn't of been for Michael I think i might have ended up having a very boring life. Thank-you Miichael, for everything. May your memory live on always.

Michael was by my side (with inxs) during my childhood and my adult life. So, I cant control the feeling of emptyness and sorrow inside my heart and soul.

I just wanted to say that INXS is one of the best bands I have ever seen in concert. I was lucky enough to see them both times they were in Chicago the year prior to Michael's death. They will always be one of my favorite bands.
Hi, just wanted to say how bad I feel I didn't go to the concert when INXS went to Chile in South America (I hope he had a good time in my country!)
I always thought that the group was fantastic and Michael's voice was/is probably the best and most beautiful voice I've ever heard..I really admired him and the guys. And still do.

It has been quite awhile since I have left an entry, but I just wanted to take a minute to say that my thoughts are prayers are with any and all affected by the tragedy in Bali. The events since last Sept 11 have really driven home the importance of love and understanding each other. May we all someday live in peace. Michael, your spirit and talent have not been forgotten. Though others may turn, we will never forget. Rest in peace and may you soar with the eagles.
The world is not the same without you, Michael! Thank God that I have my CD-s and can listen to the wonderful music you created with the others Inxsaries ! Your music will be forever in my mind , a very dear part of my life!
What can I say, that hasn't been said prior. I loved Michael Hutchence and Inxs, they were a big part of my life. I was 22 when Inxs became a part of my life, and no public figure has been in my life as much as this band. Michael will be greatly missed and Inxs will still live on, they will certainly seem different without Michael, but life must continue. Jon Stevens is a great choice. Carry on Inxs, thats what Michael would have wanted. I only hope to meet Michael on the other side, as I did not meet him in this life. Michael lives on in my memory forever.
a friend of mine died last week aged only 30, she loved INXS and i remembered that there was a poem read out i thought at michael's funeral about 'being free' - it is not on the funeral website, am I wrong - it was a beautiful poem about being liberated and a magazine here in london reproduced it in their coverage of michael's funeral - does anyone have a copy of it - my friend toni's funeral is on thursday in wales and i would want to read it out then. thanks - kate

I was so saddened to see Jon S with Inxs yesterday and coming here has such a calming affect on my grieving heart. nobody will ever ever replace Michael..I come here every couple of days to read the most touching and heartfelt messages. I haven't posted here in a long time, because I would just constantly be repeating myself and taking up space here, because my love for Michael is as strong as ever and always will be, there isn't a single day that goes by where he is not in my thoughts...I feel as if his spirit is all around me, just as all who love him.

The comfort that I get is knowint that you are in a better place now amongst the angels and watching over all of us but especially your loving Tiger lily and your daddio.
