I just want to say that Michael's art makes the light of stars fade.The songs of Inxs made me cry often thinking of Michel.I am not an Inxs fan-i am more into metal music,but there is something so pure,so blue and so sad in some songs ,so much poetry...Life is short and often absurd...but at least we had Michael!Thank you!
Not a day goes by when, in some way, I am reminded of how much joy the music of INXS and the voice of Michael gave to me. I followed their music from 1984 when it dawned on me from the age of 10, how encompassing and enjoyable music could be. From time to time, I reflect on when I met Michael and the band, backstage whilst on their Listen Like Thieves tour in 1986 (Apollo Stadium, Adelaide). Though a very brief meet, I remember him being a very friendly and welcoming person. Now 2004, it still difficult to comprehend that you are gone.
I am here to wish Tiger Lily a Happy Birthday! I know I am two days late, but I couldn't get to the computer on time. Big 8 years old?! I really hope it was a Happy Day!

Once again I've come to visit this site. Never met Michael, never even became a fan until after he had died, and yet he lives in my mind and heart as if I had. I read of him and wish I had been blessed to have been listened to by, and carry on a conversation with Michael. I feel as though I have missed out on the best in life. I am sorry to hear of his Dad's passing. I had not known of it a I had not been here in so long. The Hutchence family is surely lonely for these men. I keep Tiger in my prayers since I knew of her. One thing I often wonder, and it haunts me - can anyone tell me, where is Michael? Did he call out to God, is he in Heaven... did he have faith in Jesus? I am a christian. I hope so much that God has Michael in His Heaven... the other is too hard to bear. It breaks my heart to think it. Does someone know for certain? Michael - you are so missed!!!
Michael and the rest of the guys got me through my teen years. He will always have a special place in my heart.

Its hard to believe that Michael's beautiful little Tiger is eight years old today. I'm sure her daddy and Grandpa are smiling down on her with pride.
He seemed like such a wonderful person and he was a fabulous entertainer. It sadness me that such greatness has left this plane but yet his legacy lives on through his music. God Bless his Soul

Imagine being so moved by a complete stranger as to want to throw your bra and panties in tribute . . . you'll probably never know how many lives you touched . . . but from one whose life you did, I miss your magic.
I can't believe it's been quite some time since Michael's untimely departure. A man who seemed to be on top of it all at one moment, is but another tragic statistic in our world. Yesterday I played my first solo gig in about 6 years (around the time Michael left us) and I covered “By My Side”. It's a rather lost and deprived song, but one that will immortalize Michael's depth of person and emotion. He wasn't a lost man, by no means, but one, who like most musicians turned to their music to search for themselves in poetry and song. His music still lives... along with memories... may God bless you Michael.
Hey Michael, a video that has meant the most to me, arrived this weekend from California. A pretty cool friend you kinda put in my life, thank you Michael. You mean so much to so many. Love you mate, and sorry for getting cranky earlier. There are no words to explain the feeling I get everytime I hear an INXS song. I can't believe I didn't realise earlier, while Michael was still among us, that he was such a talented guy. Unfortunately, and mostly due to my age, I got to really like him once he was not with us anymore. I'm not a catholic, I dont believe in heaven. But there's something about this man that makes me believe he's somewhere out there, finally in peace.
