i was at a U2 concert 2 days following the untimely death of Mr. Hutchence. Bono broke into “never tear us apart” as the entire audience bellowed out the first few bars of the song and holding up lighters in memorium, Bono was overcome with emotion. He was brought to tears and had to leave the stage to collect his-self for a few minutes. As the rest of the band continued the song as an instrumental. i will never forget that moment.
