I recently dug through my cd colection and found one of my favourites of all time, Kick. Listening to it today sounds as fresh and new as the day it was released. INXS got me though some tough times in my youth, and I think that Michael's passing touched me more than any other musicians. I still have memories of seeing INXS live here in Toronto many years ago, on the Listen Like Thieves tour. you are missed Michael, by me, by your fans, by the world.

I've just received the new dvd and it makes me so sad that you watch michael and know he's not here any more it's such a waste of a brilliant man his talent was just fantastic . He had every thing looks talent he was just brilliant can't believe it's been 7 years since the world of rock lost one of it's gods love you always michael XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
What can I say about Michael?
I started listening to Inxs in 2002 when I was 14 and the first thing that was appealling to me was Michael. I'm not like many of you who had the chance of wathing this band live, unfortunately I was still a baby when they came to Portugal.
Michael IS AND ALWAYS WILL BE A GREAT MAN, not only for his skills as a musician but for the incredible energy that he put out on stage.
Now we can only watch him on our dvd's or in the memories that we keep, but I'm sure whenever or wherever we remember him we should have a smile on our faces.
His legacy to us was the music and Mchael I thank you for giving me so much.Love you, Diana

Back in my school days a friend and me used to be totally obsessed with Michael, his raw looks, his voice, total sexiness, style, persona....he carried the image of a true rock star. I used to listen to INXS songs over and over, they were really powerful and you could say they helped to shape my growing up. I was shocked by Michael's death, and still am. That someone so young, so talented, so loved had died really saddened me. Now when I see pictures of Michael, old videos, and listen to his incredible voice it takes me back 15 years. It's a wonderful memory and I know I will always have it. Thanks for the great site. Love to INXS and love to Michael.

What a wonderful website. I just received the INXS video DVDs for Christmas and find myself missing Hutch even more. What a charismatic performer and talented songwriter.

Michael, I never knew you or even knew all that much about you, despite having friends and lovers who drooled for you. However, you and the rest of the INXS crew were the soundtrack of my adolescence. You brought joy to the most troubled times of my life, and for that I will be eternally greatful.

I just bought a record player and now I'm able to play some vinyl that I haven't been able to listen to in 10 years, including your solo /Max Q/ stuff. Sure, most of it was mainstream, but it deserved the popularity. I actually like INXS's later stuff, too--it's not the same, but it's good to listen to. THanks for keeping the band going, fellas!

Dear Kelland-thankyou for having this beautiful homepage and memorial for your son.I have been a fan since INXS first started.I light a candle on the anniversary of Michael's death every year;as he and hsi music were such a big part of my life(and still are).He was much loved and I will certainly not forget this beautiful;talented man.

My best memories are from the mid 1980's and INXS music is the soundtrack to those times. I first heard of INXS back in 1983. The One Thing video on MTV. Then Original Sin hit in 84. The Swing is one of my favorite all time albums and Kiss The Dirt off the following album one of my all time favorite songs. Michaels voice was one of a kind and his voice still stirs up memories from a time long ago. Those memories and Michael will live each time I listen to an INXS song. Thanks for that.
Michael is one of the best singers of the world and he is always in my heart with his songs, as the group too. I never forget you. Thanks for all you give to us.
I love INXS. I know some people might think I am not old enough to know how it feels to lose one of the best singers.But yea I do. I just wish I knew them back then.But the good thing about not knowing them that long is that I would have been so sad.But you know what? Michael will always be remembered and so will INXS. So don't be so sad.
