I can't believe it has been almost eight years since Michael left us. He was such an amazing artist,a powerful and exciting performer and charismatic person that it is still hard to accept the cruel fact that we will never get to see him again. I think of his band mates who also loved him dearly and my heart goes out to them as they literally “re-group”. It is impossible to replace Michael so I hope as INXS searchs for a new frontman, they will honor him by choosing an artist who has an equal abundance of passion, energy and insight. Just really started listening to inxs, love the music, great loss of the death of michael, deepest sympothy goes out to all his family and friends
I would like to thank to this great band called INXS and Michael for gave me your music, emotions, talent...well a lot of thinks. I hear your music since i went to the school, we made the way of the life together...THANK YOU guys...
I have fond memories of the live performance that I was able to see during the X tour. It is and always will be the best concert I've ever seen. Michael can never be replaced, but I wish the band best of luck on continuing with their music and hope that they will be able to find some sort of success with a new performer up front. I also wish the best for Michael's daughter and hope that her family now is able to show her who her father was and can find a way to instill good thoughts of him.

Firstly wanted to say sorry for Michaels family, closest friends and the band members of INXS, my thoughts are with you for the passing of Michael. INXS thank you for giving us the best music in history, from the first song to the last, the lovely voice of Michael and soulful lyrics. It was a huge honour to meet INXS in person, and no one can ever replace Michael, my INXS tattoo is a tribute and respect for INXS and the passing of Michael who left a lot of loved ones behind in family, friends and dedicated fans, Michael surely was a great person aswell as a father, friend, leader, musician and a all in all a great person, rest in peace Michael. l will never forget the great impact you had on my life, we will miss you, and you will never be forgotten (Michael and INXS). Keep rock'in INXS and touring, hope to see you down under in Melbourne. From a huge INXS fan for 21 years since i was 7 years old.

I grew up listening to inxs, no one can replace michael. I only wish i had been able to see inxs play live. We can always hear him thru his music. His death has inspired me to get out and see live music.

Michael was if not the best one of the best performers ever to enter this world, INXS provided me with some of the best music and influences a boy could grow up with in the 80's. The music industry will continue to be influenced by the music this man helped create.
The world lost one of it's best the day Michael left us and he will be sorely missed for a long time.

I'm listening to Bye My Side right now and crying it is such a great song the harmony is beautiful. wish you were here now and making more great music with the rest of the group. it is such a shame we always lose the great ones . To the rest of the group please come back with more great music and hurry I miss you, back in the 80's I was teen, one of your biggest fans LOL I still am and I have albums and if I remember right I have tear us apart on a 45. I just recieved the Best of INXS on CD and having flash backs, it is all so great, wonderful music lyrics and such good looking guys to. Rest in peace Michael! xoxoxoxo
I loved INXS as a teen but its true Michael was special. Im sorry for his family. His mother had a wonderful son who touched us all and will be missed. Its been 7 years but I know the pain is still there for his family ..Their son is gone but hopefully he is in a better place if that does exist. Goodnight Michael We miss and love you 🙂
