It's amazing that the music has such a huge impact still. God Bless.
I saw INXS live for the last time with Michael at Chastain Park in Atlanta. It was one of the best times that I have ever had at a live music performance, and I have been to a lot of them. INXS helped me get through West Point. They helped me get through my time in the desert in Saudi Arabia. When I learned of Michael's passing, I was devastated. I dragged ass for weeks. No other entertainer's loss has ever hit me so hard. I just couldn't get over the fact that he was gone. I did see the band tour in Chicago with a new singer who I must say did an outstanding job. I love this band and hope to see them some time again soon. I think that the tribute to Michael is very appropriate. I was in Australia in the late 90's and it made my heart jump when I saw the prospect of them back on the road again.
8 years later, and your talents are missed just as the day you left us. Your mates are working hard on keeping the faith, and the music alive. May your spirit continue to influence the band, and live in the hearts of your fans forever.
Your voice of songs past are ghostly, and its a sorrow shame that we will never be able to hear your voice, your songwriting, your carisma mature.
You left us all too soon and have left a permanent void in many of people and the industry itself.
Your sister and Mother have dedicated much time into clarifying misconceptions, in which are all to speculated, even to this day.
God Bless you and your daughter. May Tiger carry your flame onwards and upwards as she grows in this world, expressing similarities that you once pocessed.
To Patricia, Tina, Rhett, Tiger, and you too Kell, you are not alone, you walk not alone, as Michael is truly missed across this corrupt, unfair world of ours.
It's people like Michael that make this world a better place to live in. It's a shame this world is what took him away from us.
Peace & Love to the Hutchence family.
Kindest regards,

Dear Micheal, I just recently Drove 8 hours, out and back to Seattle for the audition to become the new lead singer of INXS. I wish for your blessings and hope to honor you if chosen. There can never be another Micheal Hutchence but I salute the courage of your fellow brothers and band mates for continuing forward with their music. As the pheonix rises from the ashes, INXS shall again be heard the world over and what glorious sound as we listen to hear a familiar voice singing along from heavens. I wish for you Peace my brother.

I remember when INXS first started out and I saw them at the Hill Auditorium in Ann Arbor. I was in the 3rd tier and they opened up for Adam Ant in 1983 at his Friend Or Foe tour. Hutchence was singing and tripped over a cord or something and he layed there, still singing! Ever since I saw them I loved INXS and collected ALL their albums! Micheal loved to B LOVED! And I miss hearing his beautiful voice! I was on my way to celebrate U od Michigan going to the Rose Bowl and I got a call from my cousin about his accident. I had to Go and CHANGE my shirt! I put on my old Tee from that concert in 1983 and I STILL have it NOW! I'LL NEVER 'CHANGE'!! Lorraine, dated 2005

Inxs were the first band I ever went to see when they were on their Kick tour and they have stayed in my heart ever since. The man, The band, The music xxx
True Australian Music Legend who has been sorely missed over the last 7 years. Your music legacy will forever be immortalised, and will never be forgotten.
i have recently been exposed to “Live Baby Live” and found it to be quite good.i am a big fan of live music.a bigger fan of INXS. i was sad to hear of michaels death and could only think, “there goes another great one!” i have heard that auditions are being held for a new singer... good luck! that voice and his range will be very difficult indeed to replace while maintaining the integrity of the songs. the only voice that i have heard that would come close is george michael...give him a call?
i listen very intently and with admiration to all words sung on “Live BabyLive” i am so sorry for your loss.i for one miss him and never knew him. He lives on in his music which i play every day. Thank you. DAn
