I grew up listening to INXS in the 1980s. When I was 14 I had a ring with the initials MKH which I wore everyday. Michael was the ultimate performer, such a natural talent. He will be truly missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace, Michael. Your music will be enjoyed for generations to come.

The man's voice was his instrument, and he played it like no one else could. He has been a major influence of mine. Michael Hutchence can never be forgotten. God bless.

I'm sitting hear listening to an INXS album and remebering growing up with my older brothers and listening to the band. I was so heart broken hearing the loss of an Idol, someone that i grew up with and will remember forever.

Warmest sympathy

I grew up in Sydney Australia and now live in new York City. I remember loving INXS and the Models so much while I was in high school and I adored Michael Hutchence. It was the music of my formative years and therefore will always hold a special place in my heart. I still listen to it all the time and it makes me homesick for Sydney and for that time of my life. My one regret in life is that I never saw INXS live in concert and now will never be able to. I feel like many people did when John Lennon died about Michael. I thank God for the gift of him and his music. love, Rebecca

Aslo growing up in the Sydney suburbs, listening to INXS, Michael was the best! Still to this day he is sadly missed but lives on as the lead singer as one of Australias best bands ever!

Listening to the best of INXS while I work..I wish I had bought a CD earlier. I discovered your music from a girl at work who played suicide blonde. WOW..got to hear some more of that. Then I discover my ex-brother in law “Dennis McManus” toured with the band for a year. Had I only known I could have joined the tour for a super concert. Michael and this band were totally awesome. I don't see this talent hardly ever...I wish happiness and peace to his family

As a teenager, I evolved around MTV and found MH to be a “keen”mag on the back of the truck: a nice redneckless alternative to pick-isms. I was highlighted by their upbeated lyrics and became inspired by their less-than-yuppy appeal!
Thank you for helping me out of downtrodden-nessie!

I miss him very much. It will never be the same without him. I saw him perform Madison Square Garden, NY around February 1992. I'll never forget him, his performance, or his sensuous dance.
