Been an INXS fan since 1985, and I just think they're the greatest band ever. I dread not ever seeing them in concert when Michael was here. People think I'm coo-coo but my vinyl INXS records are my most prized possesions.
Even though Mike's soul has left his body, his music still lives on in my heart. This is the only band besides the Ramones that I truely cared about. I had every vinil album, and my mom sold them behind my back shorty after the bad news that Mike had passed on. I was so devestated. I wrote more poems about Mike , which I will post one up as soon as I dig them out of my garage. I still miss you Mike. No one will ever have the voice, the voice with sex appeal that made you melt when you heard a song. What a legend.

I saw Inxs in 1988, just after the release of Kick. It was one of the best concerts that I have ever seen. Michael is missed, no one could ever replace his stage presence.

Michael Hutchence was an amazing talent...it's still hard to believe no more songs will be made with his unique voice and style. May INXS continue to keep his memory alive. GOD Bless.

The first memory of michael was in the early 80's watching mtv and seeing him in his video “The one Thing”, completely mesmerized and star struck i followed his music to the present day. I have greatly missed him. He had a presence that was very rare! Not a day goes by that i'm not listening to something he did. I still love his music today as i did the first time i heard it. Now my 7 year old daughter knows of him and listens to his music and can name his songs. He is a legend to me and his memory will live on forever. God bless his family and friends and may his beautiful daughter have the strengh to get through life without him and know how much she meant to him .We love you and miss you!

Michael was an amazing singer and performer. i saw the band live in 1996 at the Irving Plaza. It was wonderful. he had a very unique style and energy. he is greatly missed. i am a huge fan. i am not sure anybody can replace Michael as the lead singer of Inxs.

I was a fan as a young boy growing up, but have now recently rediscovered the genius of Michael. There will never be another lead singer with the charisma, talent, and sheer beauty of him. Love as always.
Micheal Hutchence and inxs were one of the best bands who i have ever watched play live. Micheal was an inspiration to many with his unbelivieble talent of wrting music. I have a great personal colection of Inxs Stuff. Obiously you could not forget the rest of inxs because they were also brillantly talented musicians. It was a dark day when Micheal departed this earth. However it it wonderful to see that the band is trying to keep together. INXS are still an incrdible band.

when I first herd about the bad news, I felt a lost in the world of an unbeleavable man and how Michael ment to us all. Today I can celabrate his music with my 9 month daughter, she loves to her his voice of melodies...as she jumps up and down with smiles. Michael has influanced many singers in the music world to. One thing I can say, he wil live in our lives forever.

I have only recently found this site and have just finished reading Rhett's book and it was an incredible read. My sister introduced me to the music of INXS when I was about 11. I fell in love the band immediately and will allways be connected. It may be coincidence, but I was born on Michaels birthday, and unfortunately he died on my sisters birthday. Tiger lilly's birthday is 6 months after Michaels'. There has to be a higher power in those numbers. All my love to INXS and fellow fans forever.

For some reason the spirit of this great person has entered my thoughts all week. Probably because I remember so well the charismatic presence of Micheal H on stage and in every song he sang. Like many fans around the world I was both shocked and saddened to hear we had lost such a wonderful gift from God. So my thoughts have led me here, a place I can come back to reflect on those great years and remember the most powerful singer and performer of all time. Always remembered and he can never be replaced.
Listening to my favourite INXS songs always reminds me of the day that I heard Michael was gone. At first I couldn't believe it, and still today I am saddened by the loss of his incredible self. I think this website is wonderful to have running. It is a place where all those who cared about Michael can visit his life and remember things that almost were forgotten. My son is only 4, but even he is beginning to bop his head when he hears a certain song. That makes me see that though Michael is gone, his music will live on.
I've signed here before but visit the sight often. I'm so glad it's up and continues to attract fans. It's been years but Michael is still in my heart and will always be. Michael influenced me the most when I was growing up...He was my shining star and the music of INXS inspired me. Without INXS/Michael I wouldn't be the person I am today. I got by because of all six members but Michael holds a near and dear place in my heart always. Miss you Mike!
