I remember my childhood listening to you and seeing you in concert. My very old aunty used to visit our home and thought because i had pics of you on the wall that you were my boyfriend. Missing you so much and noone will ever take your place. Inxs just isnt inxs with out you

INXS is one of those bands you can listen forever..I wish I could've seen Michael live but he'll be in my life forever through music and his sacred voice.There is something in his voice and his music that gave me the inspiration i thought i could never have. Always in my heart xxx

Sweet Michael, for the last month since I purchased the new INXS CD I have done nothing but cry. I remember hearing of your passing when my 11 year old daughter came rushing in my room after I had retired to bed and was asleep, she woke me and said “Mom, Michael Hutchence” is dead. What an impact you and the band, Andrew, Gary, Tim, Jon and Kirk have made on my life, so much that my 11 year old daughter knew you by name. I hear the “God's Top Ten” song off the Switch album and I can never listen to the song without breaking down in tears. It is such a strange thing that has come over me and I wish I could explain it. All I know is how sad I am that you are no longer here. I am sorry you did not have someone that morning to say, “hey Michael, it is going to be okay.” I wish for you the sweetest slumber in peace and pray to God to bless you and watch over your sweet little girl. I hope this sadness that has enveloped me fades, as I just can't explain it. Somehow we must be kindred spirits my friend. Happy Birthday, and may I see your beautiful smile someday. Michael, you are soooo missed. I went to the show Saturday night in Lincoln City & you're old mates were so together; it was great. But it wasn't the same & I guess it shouldn't be. I will always listen to INXS & miss you. My daughter was listening to INXS in utero & now she's a mom & I've turned her baby into an INXS fan! You are very missed.

Swedish television sent “the devil inside”, and i remebered the greef and sorrow i felt when one of the greatest voices, forever got lost.
I still listen quite often to my old INXS records.

I thank you for keeping this website going. It means so much to us. Today I called my dj friend and asked that he play INXS for Michael. He did. He also mentioned that today was Michael's birthday. I lit a candle and said some words of thanks for the music and lyrics that made my life seem better at certain times in my life. I will always cherish Michael and will have his memory in my heart and soul for the encouragement he gave me to go on when the times were so hard for me to bear. I smile at his picture I keep on my dresser and give thanks to his family and friends for doing so much to keep Michael's memory alive. I love you all for remembering such a sweet man.
