It's been a while since i've been on this site, though Michael is not very far from my mind, i feel i had moved on, til now. I saw inxs recently and it was very hard for me. I first joined the inxs information centre back in 1984. The 6 boys became my imaginary big brothers, i was only 13, Michael became my idol. 100 % I saw the band collect their 7 countdown awards live, i saw them live atleast 13 times and was as renown for being a fan as they were famous. Michael had the biggest influence on me than anyone in my life. From a shy teenager, i grew my hair long, swaggered and swayed and became Micheal when my shyness would try to rule me. I suffered through my acne Knowing Michael had too. The day he died a huge part of me died too, and i am feeling it know. God i miss you. The day of his funeral i stood outside with all the others. A man came up to me, he must have seen the pain in my face, and he asked me if i wanted to come inside. I dont think i could even talk. I sat their and felt every emotion possible. I will never forget how much i hated that day. I miss you mr Cool.

It has been almost ten years since you past, still missing you Michael.
Patrick Lyons left the same way you did, on the same day, one year later. You both were talented musicians. Loved you both! Happy to have seen you in London '93. Sad to visit you at your grave in Sydney. You will always rock my world. Love you!

This is such a beautiful and warm hearted website. This world was blessed the day Michael came into it. His voice could steal your heart and melt your soul. We were all given that gift. What a wonderful and and amazing person he was (inside and out). And now he's in a better place. God bless him and his beautiful family!

This website is so important; it is a true testament to the grace and understanding of Michael's nearest and dearest. I will not write about how special he was and how much his memory is treasured. That, is obvious-and I'm just a fan! I just wanted to say thank you to the ones that have made this webiste happen and felt it possible to share such personal and intimate aspects of Michael's life, right up to the end. Thank you.

I hope people see this wonderful tribute and realize they are not alone. Everyone feels awful pain and sadness. That is when you must reach out before a tradegy happens and we all suffer even more.

I hope all his family and friends have found peace and comfort through the memories.

Of cousre, l have heard of inxs and Michael for years, but it was not until just recently that got hooked.

Great rock band with “wall to wall” sound punctuated by great bass guitar, soulful sax and infectious drums rhythms.

Miss Michael - a real sweet guy.
Tearing us up.

Thanks for the music.
Danke schoen.

Been a fan of Michaels since well... when I heard Listen Like Thieves' “Kiss the Dirt” still a favorite and I've followed his music since. Attended INXS concert in Atlanta at the lakewood fairgrounds sometime in 92'. Bought every album including MAX Q...Thanks INXS for the memories.

Michael is a child and he is in my mind like a beautiful child not a man. A sweet child like my son. I hope mothers and fathers love their children because there is a child inside the man (or woman) and his (or her) life is a portrait of his past. I love Michael. I miss him and his music.

i have been a big fan for a while and just yesterday i watch a inxs marathon on max music and couldn't help but cry in a few of the songs. i know that there will never be anyone as good as micheal and it is sad to know that someone as great as he was is not with us anymore

Having been an INXS fan from day one, i rekindled my passion just a few nights ago - seeing them live in Christchurch with another favourite - Simple Minds. Jim Kerr made a heart-felt tribute to Michael before launching into “Gloria”, a brief sombre and sad moment, and i think everyone there felt the emotion as a vision of Michael appeared briefly in their minds...But the band played on, and ROCKED! - just as good as they ever were... Thankyou INXS for the great music, and the memory of Michael Hutchence will live forever....

I would love to say thank you to Ian and the others who kept my family in their blessings. My Dad passed away just 11 days shy of the one year anniversary of my son's Dad,Matt. This to me is such a wonderful tribute to the spirit of michael and INXS. I'm sure that like my son's Dad and Grandpa ; that Hutch is looking down on Tigerlily and watching her grow. He could have found a lot of solstice in that. God Bless to All. Much Thanks!!!

Michael has always been and is a source of inspiration for all his passion.
I have had the honour of seeing INXS live several times in my life, experiences I will never forget.
I love to see the band play live whenever the band comes to South America. His legacy remains alive through their current touring.
Thank you so much to INXS for that.

Warm regards,
Fernando

Your website is a loving tribute to Michael Hutchence. I became a fan of INXS, brilliantly fronted by Michael, in 1987. My friends will always remember my solo dancing to “Need You Tonight” at a house party in 1988. Michael's sensual vocal performance on that song is so-o-o great! Thank you, Michael! And thank you to your parents for bringing you into this world. Peace and love to your family, friends and fans.

this is a poem in michael's memory.

stillness awakens,
