Michael was truly a remarkable man, and he improved all of our lives with his music and poetry. His gift to the world is something that will continue to shine for decades to come.

Thank you Michael for having the courage and boldness to give to the world around you, we are forever in your debt.

Michael and INXS were a great big wonderful part of my teenage and early adulthood. I will always have great memories of Michael and sad emotions of his passing and the people he affected. He is a legend and so thrilled that the band has continued to grow and entertain us all still to this day...

I never listened to INXS until shortly after my father's funeral. After he died, taking care of my Mother was very difficult for me. She has dementia and has always, always, been my very best friend, but watching her fade away from me was really hard. I honestly had thoughts of suicide. It wasn't until my husband turned on a CD by INXS that I learned about Micheal. His voice and the words that he sang were so powerful to me. I felt so sad that he and I had something in common; that things had become so difficult that it was easier to end it all. BUT because of his music and learing about his life story, I can happily say that I'm still here. I can't imagine that he truely wanted to end his life and for that matter, neither did I. Death can happen in an instant and once it does, you can't have your life back. That's why I'm so very thankful to have been introduced to Michael's music. There isn't a day that I don't listen to his voice. “By my side” and “Beautiful Girl.” Those songs have become my mantra's. Things happen for a reason and I always try to be optimistic so perhaps Michael's suicide was enough of a motivator for others to reach out for help (such as myself). For that I will always be grateful that INXS brought me out of my depression and into a place where others would stand “by my side.”
Thank you for letting me post on your website. I wish all of you many happy wonderful years in life. P.S. what an excellent idea to have a link for suicide prevention!!! If you can save one person, it's one more that can live another day. :0)

It's still upsetting to this day that he's gone. He was (is) one of the greatest performers of all time. The “Shining Star” of the Lead Singers Club will never be forgotten. Lastly he was the one to assist in Kylie's transformation into a Pop Diva. Thank you.

Thank you for the wonderful music. My first INXS video was Need You Tonight and I instantly fell in love with your music. I've never been on a live concert of yours, I was too young but I'm sure it would have been an unforgettable experience. There's nothing about you that can be forgotten. You'll live in our hearts and memories forever!

Still can't believe how much time has passed, seems like yesterday when I last saw Michael in Glasgow. Always remembered, forever missed.
