His memory lives on thru you all…it's the sparkle in your eyes. Tiger Lily, if you get to see this, you are a detailed carbon copy of your dad, a very beautiful girl who grows even more beautiful by the day.
There is not a day that goes by without someone mentioning this beautiful soul who still somehow manages to light the dark, form a smile, create immense peace connect us all via love.

Thank you for keeping this beautiful site updated giving us the opportunity to visit leave messages. Susie Rhett…I just read about Croy, Rhett mentions her in his book…something I did remember…I'm sorry to hear that she has passed away.
Ian, you wrote a beautiful message, as always, it had me in tears this time. Its us oldies (for want of a better word) who “grew up” with Michael who continue to teach the young about this incredibly charismatic unique sensation who remains in capturing the hearts of anyone. My youngest son, who turns 11 in two weeks will watch the videos with great interest, he plays guitar is fascinated by the energy that reaches out grabs you instantly. Sometimes it hits me that Michael never gets any older in videos, there's a shortage of new material being released every book written about him ends the same. You are undoubtedly correct in saying Michael left a void that is unlikely to be filled any time soon.
Michael's family, friends, work colleagues and fans will be on my mind today as we all reflect on the life of the world's greatest rock performer ever to have graced the earth with his presence.

It's been exactly 572 weeks (the dates match from March on) since we lost our Michael. I remember I was living 300 kilometres away, it was in the paper. My teacher said she saw him INXS come out of taxis in NYC in 1992.
I get out the albums every year this time his birthday like many fans do. This year, JFK may get more attention, but Michael represented my generation, as Kennedy did the one previous.

As I sit here and try to figure out what to say that will truly convey what is in my heart, I find that I simply don't have the words. I look back on the past 11 years, think about precious little Tiger Lily (although she isn't really so little anymore!), and it breaks my heart to contemplate what Michael has missed. I hope and pray that, wherever you are right now, Michael, that you know how admired, loved, and respected you still are. Your talent continues to bring joy to my heart and comfort when I am down. Your life has brought people together in true friendship. Your daughter is a beautiful reflection of you and you are there, shining in her lovely smile. May you soar in the heavens and my your dear soul find the peace that you so desperately craved here on earth. Rest in peace, dear Michael. You are remembered with love and will never be forgotten. And, Tina, Rhett, Patricia, Tiger, and the rest of Michael's family--you are in my thoughts and prayers as you remember your loved one on this sad anniversary.

I recall fondly my younger years listening to INXS, dancing, singing and taking in the lyrics of their songs. Every now and then I still do...Michael Hutchence was a brilliant, underrated and talented performer. What an captivating voice. One wonders what project he would be working on today..perhaps another soundtrack, a film..a whole new genre of whatever caught his interest? Thank you for the memories. Rest in Peace.

Well its that time of year again when my thoughts are somewhere in the clouds, thinking of you and the past year, still hard to belive that it is now eleven years since you were taken away from the world. Every day you voice your music your songs are playing somewhere around the house and i just smile to know that even though you are not here, you are through your music, you are the loved one and you were heven sent thanks for the music take care wherever you are my old mate still miss you.
