I still remember the day i heard of Michaels passing. I felt sadness, anger, frustration, shock... i literally felt ill.
I still feel the same emotions whenever i think of him and how much he still had to give, music wise, his acting career, to his beautiful daughter Tiger Lily.

Mike, when you left us, a piece of me died with you. The soundtrack to my life felt kinda empty. First memories of the band were War and Peace in Parramatta, 3 bands for 99c.Ive been listening to Rooms for the Memory lately i cant help but be sad, sorry.(Vale James Frued....)

I can't believe 13 years without Michael. I remember his as the best front man ever, good father and good person ! RIP Mike your spirit is still alive between us.
Quite literally, back in 1987, KICK was one of the first cds I ever owned. I was 13 years old at the time it came out. I remember the summer right before Michael passed thinking to myself how much I loved the music and for some reason still hadn't managed to see them in concert, INXS was scheduled to play a local concert festival, but I ended up having to work that day... I was bummed but figured I'd just make a point to catch them next time they were in town... and then I heard the news. I've been listening to INXS alot lately - sort of like rediscovering a long lost friend. My thoughts are with the band and family members he left behind...

I saw INXS here in Texas May 1983. MY GOD what a performance it was. I wish I had grandchildren to tell about it. Never was a live performance more exciting and so full of energy. They ROCKED San Antonio like no one has since. RIP Michael. I absolutely Love you and the music youi brought into our lives. I will treasure the experience always.
