I heard INXS when I was a kid, and still love them (Michael fronted). There is something about his voice, and the energy he brings to the music that doesn't exist anymore. I feel very lucky to have been fortunate to hear his music and all he put into it.

though i didn't know Michael in person, i can clearly sense his greatness.

INXS music was very influential to me in my formative years. I remember the first time hearing “Disappear” playing while I was on a ski lift in Wisconsin. It was one of the few binding memories of that time in my life because of that song! I remember instantly thinking “this must be INXS”! I also remember recording their performance on Saturday Night Live. Michael was in top form, and I idolized him. I am not a musician, but I feel as though certain bands have spoken directly to me through their music, and INXS has always been close to the top of that list. Michael's death was a hard blow knowing he had written most of those songs. Music like this could never come from a US band. I would like to offer very belated condolences to the Hutchence family.

Dear Michael, today's the day I remember you left a big gap sliding away literally that fatal moment.

You certainly keep on giving me hope through your music, videos and stuff for this sweet life we had back in the nineties has been wiped away as if it were dust on a mirror. It also helped me get through a very rough period when my dear dad vanished into thin air a few years ago.
When I look at interviews of your dad I'm overwhelmed with sweetness. He must have been a beautiful person, well I guess you were just the son of your father.

We were fortunate enough to still have your dearest Inxs friends left. We had the chance to see your fellow brothers life last year in our home town, and Ciaran actually did a very good job. Thanks a lot guys for keeping Michael's memory alive. To me it was like heaven on earth, the pictures we took with them, meeting them personnaly, it was awesome. But the truth is Hutch you cannot ever be replaced. I wonder what it would have been like for you having grown the age of 52. Can you imagine?

Heavenly Michael! You were not just a man, you were an extraordinary man.

I can't believe it's been 15 years since you left us. My heart still breaks when I remember that day. I'm grateful for all of the memories I have of watching you perform and listening to your magical voice. You will live forever in my heart and in the hearts of all those who loved you.
