I loved INXS in the 80's-90's. I wish Michael was still around. I would love to see how he would have evolved as a singer and person. He will be missed and always loved.
Michael Hutchence was the best, and will always be the best in my book. I truly miss Michael, I just I could see him in concert just one more time, he was one of the great ones!!!
Threads of seeing. Cnu.whenever both eyes, ears are one.
Michael and the INXS experience was like Rock and Roll Therapy! Always great music and lyrics.
i am happy to see this website. thanks for maintaining.
Michael lives on. The rest of the guys are every bit as important and talented as Michael. Their star rose because of their cohesiveness, which spanned their long run. They love and respect each other, which is why they are still together. He just happened to be blessed with that “je ne sais quoi” which is not easily defined. I think Michael would prefer the band to keep performing, even if just for old times sake. It's a living tribute to their sensitive, sweet and soulful friend. Michael, this world was never meant for one as beautiful as you. INXS, rock on til you take your last breath! I promise to keep listening until I take mine.
Michael, you are a (rock)angel now and watching over Tiger Lily. The world misses a sensitive man, very funny and a voice that always give me shivers. You also stole my heart with your beautiful appearance.
I wish you are in the heavenly Light.
Love,
Linda

Thank you for this wonderful page, I look forward to contributing to it when the page is open to do so. Thank you for the music & memories.
just watched a concert of his again and smiled but cried at same time. his enigmatic stage energy that encompassed the entire crowd and held them in his grip, far surpasses most. You can't βlearnβ what he had. He was a truly, natural gifted artist that has passed before his time. I feel blessed to have travelled throughout the decade's to enjoy his talent he brought into this world and shared with us all. He is forever missed in my heart. this is my second time on this site π I never had the opportunity to meet him but I didn't have to, I already knew him. Michael, THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU HAVE GIVEN! β
Michael - my hero,
I am very happy to know that this site exists for you, because you have earned it. You have moved me so powerfully throughout my life. I became a fan of the band in the early 80s when a friend of mine introduced me to INXS. I never knew how important that time in my life would be. I am thoroughly and completely enamored with all that is INXS. I feel like I am as well part of you, Michael, even though we never met.
I had tickets to see you in concert when I was in the Navy in Norfolk, VA., but a tragedy occurred and the concert was cancelled. I never had another chance to see you with the band. Years later I saw them with someone else in your position at Pops in Sauget, Illinois. Seeing them was amazing. I was missing you the whole concert, though.
People that I know think I am crazy because of my continuing love for you and the band, but it will never die out.
I watched the two part series Never Tear Us Apart and cried a lot. I am a guy, but I don't feel bad. It made me hurt for you so badly. It made me love you even more. I also read the book Story to Story and that was so detailed that I actually felt more in tune with the band. Thank you for being you. Thank you for never compromising who you are. I hope you are resting peacefully. I miss you. I will never forget you and I will never stop listening.

It's a rare thing to find a magical connection between artists such as existed with the talent in this band. Together since schoolmates, only the great ones ever are. Michael's lyrical gift was more impressive than the likes of Jim Morrison in my American opinion. Sadly so many will never know how meant to be INXS was. Americans would never give his poetic brilliance the timeless honor it deserves. He was one of my kind. - Brenda Cook
I just watched the Never tear us apart movie and it just made me remember how much I miss Michael . I grew up in the 80's and was a big fan of Inxs. His voice was so beautiful. I'm sorry to say but there was no Inxs without him, but I'm glad I have my Cd's to listen to him whenever I want. Thank you Michael and the whole band for the great music and memories!
Just watched the documentary and remembered how much of a fan I was and am since before the Thieves tour which was the first time seeing them live. Michael is the man.
As long as it has been since Michael passed, I still love listening to his work and watching interviews. He is still missed.
Thank you for sharing this personal and beautiful Memorial of Michael! I saw INXS perform in Memphis, TN in the late 90's. I remember watching Michael's energy and being in awe. I am still a huge fan, and remembering what an amazing talent he had. He made a lasting impact on me and will be missed always.

Gone but not forgotten. Such a talented person with a voice like no other. I am still mystified. The truth will prevail itself someday. May God bless his family and especially Tiger. Peace xo
