It's been over two years since Michael passed away and I still feel emptiness inside me when I think of him. He was one of the greatest musicians of all time. You will live in my heart forever. God bless you, Michael. daniela

I have just a tiny obsession with Michael Hutchence*L* but I know no one here can blame me. Living in Newfoundland I'm out of the range of most concerts, and being only 16 now, I haven't been allowed to travel to any of the INXS concerts, and it really hurts knowing that I will never get to see Michael in person (I don't mean to sound selfish,Michael will live on forever). To all those who knew and met Michael in the past i think of you as some of the luckiest people in the world and people like his family, band members, Bono are keeping Michael alive in spirit, by all these tributes. Also Michaels solo cd has not been released here yet : ( but only 19 more days, I'm already lining up*L* None of my close friends share my intrest so anyone who would like to share their experiences with Michael and INXS I would LOVE to hear about it, my email is sheenapower@hotmail.com.

Thanks

Not knowing exactly what to write. I'm moved by this tribute. I fell in love with Michael, as most schoolgirls did at the tender age of 12. Following him and the music of INXS was a part of my life. I was fortunate to have seen them in concert shortly before his death. It was my birthday, the best birthday ever. I was amazed to be with so many other fans, I guess never realizing how popular they were. It sounds stupid, but because of Michael, I have a thing for men named Michael. How odd. Anyway....I was saddened beyond belief to hear of his passing. But at the same time, feeling joy that he had been alive, and been part of music that defined a generation. Michael is a musician I can and never will forget.

Thank you so much for the wonderful celebration of Michael's life. He may gone from this life but his spirit will live forever through his words and music. His solo album is an amazing representation of his great talent!

What can one say when a light as bright as his is extinguished before its time. My sincere condolences to Michael's family and friends. He will always be remembered for the gift of music he gave.

i was very touched when i saw your memorial website not only because i lost my father two weeks ago. it's hard to believe that a beloved person won't come back again although i had at least the chance to tell him all the things i wanted to. time goes by, and you don't have bad memories about the person you've lost. however, life and death are strange things and maybe it hits us hard because we all live mortal lives.

i wish you all the best.

Thankyou for the great internet site. It is a tribute to yourself and Michael in the fact it is not a “hard sell” commercialised site full of bullshit and rumour.

Michael's memory will live on across the ages through his great music and charisma. He is sadly missed by millions worldwide and has been an inspiration and idol for myself.

Thank you very much.

This site was just what I needed to feel connected to Michael & his loved ones - Thank you for sharing so much personal and private moments with us, the fans. I was lucky enough to have seen INXS' for a second time on their last tour through Boston, MA only 2 short months before Michael died. I almost was unable to attended due to a badly sprained ankle but I trudged through the subways & streets on crutches and thank god I did or I never would have been able to forgive myself. They were on fire that night -Michael was electric in that small venue. He was climbing on these huge amps and then he came into the audience - it was magical and he was so beautiful. I was in love with his energy! I can not wait to hear his solo album (that is after I pry Full Moon, Dirty Hearts out of my CD player.)He is a force that is truly missed!

In my last statement, I completely forgot to mention that while INXS performed in Houston on Dec. 1st 1993, I followed the INXS bus to the hotel which they were staying.

I had the opportunity to meet Michael and get an autograph. Even though very brief, in a matter of seconds, I knew he was the sweetest, most genuine person I had ever met!!! He was very polite and down-to-earth!!

I remember this moment so clearly, like it was yesterday.

I feel so priveledged to have met such an incredible human being. Though I never imagined it would be my last encounter with him, I treasure that day!!!

I would first like to comment on what a wonderful site this is!!! Full of beautiful pictures, information and memorabilia!!!

Michael Hutchence has made a certain impact in my life that can never be replaced!!

His music and his charisma will continue to live on in my future.

Rock on, Michael!!! You will be forever loved a missed a great deal!!

Dear Hutchence family.

After viewing your site dedicated to your son, I feel that he was much loved and is obviously missed greatly.

I had the fortune of seeing Michael perform on stage under South african skies. I was totally taken in by him. At the age of 30 something I guess that is saying a lot! I listened to his cd today and realised that we would never have the opportunity of ever seeing him perform again. What a tragedy. God bless to you all and I think it is great that you have dedicated this wonderful site to him. What a wonderful family you are.

Having finally heard the solo album in its entirety, I realized how truly missed Michael will be.

What a touching and heart-felt web-site, thank you.

I managed to get a copy of the solo CD. What a wonderful tribute to Michael and his music in releasing this fine, fine material. If only there was more to come. I trust that Michael has found peace.
