Michael's voice, his music, and INXS meant a lot to me and I identified with it on a deep level. It felt like I knew him somehow. But then sometimes the intangible can be the strongest thing about us humans. When I heard that Michael had passed on I was shocked and confused and I will probably never understand it. I think of him often and I can still hear his voice in my mind from all the songs I memorized. I miss you and your music Michael. Thanks for being a nice guy, the world sure needs more people like you.

The man is gone, but he has left behind a treasure trove of music and movies. Although I'd much prefer to have him grace us with his presence, I have to settle with the soulful, charismatic voice that fills me with just about every emotion that I can think of. Ranging from sheer happiness to raging melancholia, it was his gift to me, and to the world, his timeless lyrics. Thank you Michael, for all that you have graced me with. Especially those Rooms For The Memory! For without those, it would be like you never existed at all. You have enriched my life with your music, and those memories and songs I will carry with me through the rest of my life, and my life will be better for it.

Form the first time I heard “The One Thing” I knew Michael was one of the greatest. I was saddened to hear of his passing and I pray he is in a peaceful, loving place.
