I have viewed this website for the 1st time tonight. It has been very touching reading the comments from Michaels family. My sister and I adored him and INXS for many years and were so shocked by his untimely passing. I would like to send my love to all Michaels family especially his parents who I know cared for him and miss him greatly. Godbless.

What a wonderful site! I saw one of the first INXS shows at Brownies in Paddington when they were still doing cover versions of The Specials!!!! I always loved Michael!
i'v seen you in your concerts many times, the feeling was great you were an extraodinary man, i miss you and still listening my inxs records every day... I know you are happy here in the skies, write some new songs, i will come to listen them......

Way back in 1992/3 my wife was working in Regents street bank, London, UK. A man strolled in with just a credit card asking for cash, my wife asked him for id, passport etc and he had nothing on him. She had to tell him that she could only give him the standard fifty quid cos he had no id. The man replied, ok if thats all you can do then fine. He was polite, friendly and left with his fifty quid. When the man left my wife was swmped by other female members of staff asking what did he say!!! etc etc!!! My wife replied who? And genuinely had no idea until she saw the signiture that she had served a Mr M Hutchence. She was mortified as she had always been a fan. She always maintains that he was so un pretenious and down to earth. How many superstars today would do the, don't you know who I am?!!!!
Michael hutchence was my favorite singer in the world and I will never forget him.There is nobody other who can play with such intensity.He was the best.
Just wrote quite a bit about Michael and his untimely passing on my Xanga site where I try to bring some light to a sometimes dark world- espcecially for the young. I miss Michael terribly- his music with INXS and his solo album have helped me through some very rough times. Especially after my 'baby' sister took her life in 1994- she was only 35. My best to all of Michael's family, especially sweet 'Tiger', and all of his friends and fans who remain and hold a special place in their hearts for a very special and gifted man. Sucide leaves so many questions that can never be answered except by the victim- as a psychiatric nurse, people who take their own lives, in my opinion are not selfish, thoughtless people, they are very sick people who needed help desperately but never got it in time. That's the tragedy. We need to reach out to those who may not seem to be depressed or sad- it never hurts to ask. If you suspect something's wrong in somone's life, it probably is. Sorry to ramble on. Thank you for keeping this site intact- it's a very special 'place' for many people around the world. God bless.
Big thanks to all who knew Michael for sharing their memories of him on this site. As a fan, I know how much I miss getting to hear his music evolve...I can't even begin to imagine how much you miss him.

I would like to make a suggestion, a simple way of celebrating Michael's birthday this year, something we can all do, how about buying a Happy Birthday helium balloon from a card shop or florist, tying a tag with our email address on it and seeing where they end up and if anyone will contact us. Spread the love we share here all around...
Heres to another year of pestering the radio stations to play INXS,I urge you all to do the same.Lets keep the show on the road.

Michael will always be an inspiration to me. He is to me, still the last great 'front man.' I thank him for sharing his wonderful gift with us all.
Hello to everyone of you (Sonali, Alice, Caz, Michelle, Aidan, etc.) Happy new Year to all of you and the regulars! I have not entered the guest book since a long time, but believe me, I fight with myself not to do it so often so you cannot get bored of me. I think of you very often and of course I think and dream of The Loved One daily! Yesterday I watched my new Live Baby Live DVD alone, at home, very peacefully and I enjoyed it sooo much! Sorry, but I can't help getting hot at the sight of Michael dancing and singing in that particular way! and in the extra bonus track called 'Lately', I think the boys (INXS) and the producers did a good and beautiful job putting together the images in slow motion of Michael (mmm!!)Well, as you can see I love him soo much and always will, take care, I will write more on the message board so we can exchange some opinions about Michael and INXS's work. bye!!!
