He was here a short time but he left a beautiful daughter and some amazing music.
If you ever go to Prague be sure to see “Never tear us apart” video, as this was filmed in Prague and is mind blowing.

Me decidí a dejar algo por escrito ya que me pareció ésta una pagina muy interesante. Solo quiero decir que INXS y en especial Michael forma parte de mi vida porque crecí con ellos y nunca los deje de lado. Como seguidor de la buena musica, sus temas me acompañaron siempre desde hace 18 años y ahora, ya de grande, me sirven para enseñarles a las nuevas generaciones lo que era una excelente banda de rock , tanto en lo musical como en lo humano.Tuve la suerte de disfrutar a la banda en vivo y de compartir momentos privados con los integrantes y con Michael cuando nos visitó en dos oportunidades aca en Argentina. Fue algo que es imposible de describir , es el sueño del fan tener a su idolo musical frente a frente. Quiero decirles que el tiempo pasa pero sus temas siguen latentes en mi , y sus recuerdos se hacen cada vez mas fuertes, mas aun cuando rememoro toda la coleccion de objetos y fotos de estos excelentes musicos. Espero conocer algun dia Australia para recorrer los lugares donde estuvo Michael y completar con eso mi “sueño” con INXS.

I look at this web site and wonder why? just like everybody else, although I did not know Michael personally, I thought he was a very talented guy. The sheer magnetism that oozed out of every part of him, made he so unique. I guess we will never know what really happened,, that night but in hearts, we need to keep his spirit and music alive. Especially for his beautiful daughter who will never know her parents. He is stll sadly missed and I will never forget the moment I heard about his death for as long as I live.
To MAX: I loved your quote about romantic and material people, and your ability to recognize that gift in Michael that was able to tab into and personalize those emotions we all feel whenever we are in love, or even lust. Michael could express it so elegantly. Max do you want to get married?!!! Just kidding. Everyone have a great day.

I was 13 when Kick came out and it rocked my world. I saw the band in concert three times here in California. INXS remains my favorite band of all time and I think of Michael often. He had such a charisma but yet seemed like such a gentle spirit. Continued peace to his loved ones and his fans in mourning his loss.
I am writing this here in the hope that Mario will see it - what has happened to the forum? We are all lost without it!!

I smile and cry at the same time when I watch your music videos from the early 80's, especially “This Time” and “Don't Change”. You look so beautiful, full of energy and excitement. My heart aches because you should still be on this earth. Sometimes I find it hard to breathe because I miss you so much. But i find comfort in knowing that your spirit will never leave us fans. Love ya mate.
I've been though so much lately, a failed marriage and now raising two children alone.. I just wanted to say (again) ty for all the inspiration and uplifting music, Michael. I miss your great talent.. but when I'm feeling blue, your voice is still with me to encourage my soul. Thank you for that, and the gift of your music. I know the sacrifice was huge, but the good it did for your fans will remain untouchable.
