Michael carried a beautiful light in him and it brightened the places he went and warmed the people he shared his time or his music with. That kind of light doesn't disappear. It cannot be extinguished. Our memories and love keep it burning. But most of all it is kept burning through his greatest gift to the world, Tiger, who carries the unlimited love and light of her father making the world a brighter place. May she be comforted by knowing that his love for her will never disappear. Michael's memory is eternal. May it burn for you.

When someone or something enters your life in one way or another and has a real influence on your thoughts, feelings and emotions then that discovery should be considered something very special indeed. And discovering something special does affect us all wherever we may me. INXS as a band connected with me as well as a worldwide audience and they delivered a spectacular “tsunami” of sound from day one to the present day. And no one and I mean no one could ever front such a historic and influential band better than Michael Hutchence. The combination of this illusive man combined with a controlled explosion of sound registered big time on the “Richter” scale and made millions of people's earth move with delightful devastation. At this difficult time I prefer to celebrate the life of Michael Hutchence and be thankful for all he gave to us. Michael is gone but I feel no sadness. I prefer to cherish all that he left, his voice, songs, influence, and presence with joy and happiness. He will always be with us through his music and videos. So today let us all remember, reminisce, respect and rejoice in the memory of a great man… Michael Hutchence.

I am having a few quiet champagne's, memories of funeral in Sydney 7 years ago, it was extremely hot and dusty at start. By the end it was overcast, biblical skies and stormed..... The wake in Oxford St was surreal, more champagne and strawberry daquiries, singing Shine Like it Does out of key in the toilets with Mark from the Divinyls.... Embracing Kell... Then walking the streets of Sydney in the rain with Freedom Deep sounding in my head.... Some memories, some experiences, some spirits never die!

Dear Michael, I never will forget you!!! You are still in my mind! It was great to meet you!

Michael you have left us in body, but your soul lives on forever in your music. Thank you for all the memmories you have left us. The world is a much sorrier place since your not here. Rest in Peace Michael.

Michael Hutchence was more of a rock star. He was a singer who put out his soul in words and what he thought of the world in his music. INXS will never die because Michael put so much into what he loved that he wanted the whole world how he felt inside and out. So many fans can reminisce on his life in words, pictures, and especially his music. Thank you Michael for giving us a life when we didn't have one. And that my friends is what they call a rock god.

An add to my earlier message today is the 22nd November 2004, unfortunately the date hasnt changed in the system boo hoo..

a huge fan since listen like thieves. saw inxs many times.went to the gig in newcastle,england only months before his death. sadly missed
