I miss you michael!I am not a person for many words or expressing myself very well,but I can definitely feel and this feeling of loss after so many years this ache is so painful.You left us so soon and in such a tragic way!your voice and eyes will haunt us forever.Even my girl loves you so much but she doesnt know how miserable and sad I am sometimes when I think of you.I feel so wretched to think we will never see you again in person.Rest in peace as you were such a peaceful,and warm and loving human being.The good die young but your death was way too soooooon and too tragic.We love the band too and hope they they continue with they music since thats the only way we will get close to you once again and its great music too.YOU can never be replaced and We will always love and miss you.A special place in our hearts for a very special and humble person.

I met Michael in Townsville at the Sound Shell when INXS toured with The Kick tour.
Still to this day i find it hard to believe that such a fantastic artist is gone, I was just watching my INXS DVD, so he lives on with some of the greatest music and film clips ever made.

There really is not much to be said that was not already said, but there is no harm in saying it again, In my eyes this man was a legend a dad a performer outstanding looks and a voice to go with it he truly was one of the greatest front man of any band to live, you have inspired many with your words and music but only you knew when was the right time for you to make your exit, we are sad by your death, but my hat is off to you and always will be may you rest in peace it was an honor to have gotten the oppertunity to have wrote here.

Such a terrible waste, a shocking loss. We watched 'Who Got Michael Hutchence's Millions' last night and I spotted this website address. My husband and I were not “devoted” INXS fans, but we were definitely fans nonetheless. I remember my older brother (who sought out every imported INXS record he could find) introducing me to 'Listen Like Thieves' in my teens and I played it non-stop for a few months before I would let any other music back on my stereo. Tim saw INXS on the 'X' Tour, days after seeing the Rolling Stones. What he remembers the most is Michael's incredible energy, and how he reminded him of a young Mick Jagger - how many people can you say that about? So many years later, now with a family of our own, we are still stunned at the sudden death of such a beloved icon of our times. This will never make sense to us. Bless you, Michael.
