I feel in love with this fabulous band from day one. Went to every concert when they came to town Atlanta Ga. Micheal was so ahead of his time the words of all the songs hits home. When he passed I was devastated still am 💔 I’m a true fan of INXS Love Rock & Roll Aerosmith, LED Zeppelin. INXS holds a special place in my heart and life. Micheal was real human and true spirit and generous soul. Always my heart and love ❤️✌️🎶🥰🔮
Thank you for your music. It has been with me since I discovered 'Kick' in 1988. Recently I bought the remastered Live Baby Live concert at Wembley, and it seemed like something completely new, although I had the original one released in the 90´s. I can´t stop listening your music, or watching that concert once and again. You left us too soon, mate... but at least we can listen to your songs. Speaking for the both of us, we were born in 1994 and 1993. Growing up INXS was the classic soundtrack of a time we narrowly missed.
We reckon INXS can be classified as the last of the real classic 20th century Aussie classic rock bands that really worked to bridge the gap into the newer modern rock into the 2000s such as bands like Powderfinger and Jet.
Either way, our reverence and love for INXS and Michael really show the effects that they had on the contemporary Australian lives that influenced ours.
Shall the passion and the amazing story live on.

It's a shame to find out this man had died so young. I was thinking about songs that shaped my childhood, and went to google to find out who and what they are. Stumbled upon this and am amazed at the story. Ironically I am thirty five, not far from the age he made it to, but I can say easily 30 years ago and before his music was making an impact on myself and my mother who raised me. It's almost funny how we come to full circle in some ways in the appreciation on music and a body of work. Much love to those who find this corner of the internet, and much respect to this man's work.
What can be said that hasn't been said already. Was great to introduce my wife to Michael about six years ago. His lyrics very poignant in building our relationships strength. It's also a reminder of how real the music was back when the band started out, to the heights of playing in large, packed out stadiums.
My favourite songs are too many to mention, but never tear us apart, need you tonight, original sin, suicide blonde, disappear, new sensation, mystify and the stairs get top on my playlist.

Listening to Kick tonight on a whim. It’s been many years since I’ve listened to INXS. Got to telling my teenagers about INXS and Michael. Started googling and ended up here. My wife and I sang along. Many truly great songs. Touching to see this memorial. Fond memories of a different time. We will all get to a better place again. Thank you. Above all Michael gave love and he was loved! He inspired many with his lust for life and his music. His memory lives on . . . It's clear he had an adoring family as well which is everything Soar on Michael!!

Such an incredible voice; an amazingly beautiful, talented, gorgeous man whom oozed timeless “cool.” Just watched Live Baby Live with my family and those childhood moments of listening to INXS CD’s and reading the inserts over and over came rushing back. I just want to say I miss Michael and his music so much. I think about him everyday and try to keep his memory alive through his music. He was a very charismatic and lovely man. Been in love with INXS since grade 7, fast forward to turning 45 and INXS is still and always will be my fav! Effortly cool and a beautiful man with a voice like no other.
