I caught “Live Baby Live” on VH1 Classic by chance a few weeks ago and I haven't been able to get Michael (or his music) out of my head since. What a beautiful soul he was, inside and out. I am so grateful to have had INXS's music to enjoy for pretty much my entire life. I just want his family to know that he will always be so loved and missed.

I listened to INXS greatest hits for the first time in ages yesterday. So many fantastic songs. Michael was one of the last great showmen on earth. A truly unique performer, the like of which we will never see again. There just seemed to be an aura about him that made him stand out from everyone else. The name and memory of Michael will always live on through his music. Thanks to everyone involved with putting this site together, even though I do not know you, my thoughts and prayers go out to you. Gone way too soon, but never forgotten. “Heaven Sent”

An amazinng talent. I like the fact that this man was so unpretentious when he had every right to be. I recently had my daughter listen to Michael and INXS and she is now a fan. Very few people in the music business can transcend generations. Michael will always be our kind.

Saying hello to all here. I am sitting in the middle of nowhere drinking coffee... getting ready to get back to a canvas for an upcoming exhibit. Listening to Michael on the headphones. Sending love and gratitude back to his energy and all others out there.

Much love

I am sitting here looking at my ticket stub from the HOUSE OF BLUES, in Myrtle Beach, SC, USA. The show date was Friday, September 12, 1997 at 9:30pm. I just watched “Live Baby Live” from Wimbly. I watch it every time I get the chance I get.
When I saw INXS at this show, two month's before Michael's death, I didn't realize what the world would be without in just a short time after seeing him. I really did get to see him. He walked down the stairs, from the stage, the crowd parted and he walked right up to me and kissed my right hand. The best and most memorable autograph I have ever been blessed with. Everyone there looked at me very different, like I was special and he made me feel special. It was like every song he was singing was directed to me. I wanted to just touch him back, but instead I smiled gracefully and he proceeded back to the stage with the standing room only crowd parting the way and no one getting in his way.
He had a prescence like no other human I have ever seen, just being himself. I was already infatuated before the show, but was totally oblitarated after the show and then totally crushed when I saw the obituary in my hometown paper a couple of months later.
I am truly sorry for your loss and just wanted to let you know that I still think of him every day and wish I could have done something to let him stay in this world.
THERE WILL NEVER BE ANOTHER MICHAEL HUTCHENCE AND I WILL NEVER STOP MISSING HIM AND HOPE TO SEE HIM AGAIN, WHEN I LEAVE THIS WORLD.
I really want to thank him and thank his family and the Farris Brother's for sharing him with the world.
With all my heart,
Judy Jones

Haven't been here in a while but what comfort it is at times to still be able to leave messages. I still think of you and your wonderful voice. I still like taking my runs daily with you on my IPOD and if I have a bad day you still put a smile on my face. Still thinking of you Michael..Still love your precious heart. 🙂

I have always thought that how tragic that Micheal died so young.I always enjoyed his music and just bought the INXS greatest hit CD. Just by chance I caught the “Live Baby Live” concert on VH1 Clasic concerts and really enjoyed it. I never had the opportunity to see him in concert so it gave me glimpse at how talented, charsmatic and gorgeous he was. I will forever enjoy his music and feel a little sadness that he is no longer withus.

Congratulations on putting the songwriting sequence up. I once saw Michael just stop dead in conversation, put his finger up and say “AH” and then scribble on a coaster at a Club in Sydney so I already knew that he composed impromtu and anywhere.
I don't look at Michael's work very often and occassionally I will saturate myself with his music. I slide into sadness and anger and then throw the cds into the boot of my jag under the tire. Its still a terrible reality that he is dead because there will be no more music and no more Michael. What there is is all there is and that makes death the final reality.
I miss his gentleness and his snobbishness. I miss the big cheesey smile and loud laugh. And most of all I miss was the opportunity to be friends again that almost came along.
Life is far too short and you never can tell just what might come to pass. The saying “Sieze the day” was one Michael lived by and I have taught that to my children.
Can I say much more than I miss you dear friend.

Michael, you were gorgeous, I saw you a few times with INXS long time ago... I don't know why I just have to think of you right now, but I do! - R.I.P.

Its hard to believe that Michael's little 'princess of the beautiful sky' is a teenager already! Michael must be so proud! Wishing Tiger Lily a very happy birthday!
