An ill family member kept me busy on your birthday.. but you were in my thoughts.
As I looked out the window of the sick room I was in, I saw the sunlight shimmering on the snow.. I said to myself “THERE is his essence”. And I paused for a moment in your honor.
We all eventually rejoin the earth that helped to create us, so when I see beauty in nature.. I recall the beauty that was in you & that (I feel) you now help create.
Thank you for sparkling for us all Michael. Then, now and always.
