I just stumbled upon this site and I must say that I am so grateful and pleased that Michael's father did this. It means so much to me as I deeply felt the loss of a man who brought me so much joy and happiness for so many years through his being and his music. I admired him and respected his talent. And when I first heard about his death two years ago my initial reaction was one of utter shock and disbelief. This could not be the same Michael Hutchence who always seemed so full of life and whose vibrant spirit shone brightly. But unfortunately it was him and my sense of sadness and loss was immense. Even though I never met him personally I felt his energy and life through his music and performances.
I miss him very much but his legacy lives on forever and his music is always there to comfort me.
Thank you to Kelland and the rest of the Hutchence family for their generosity to Michael's fans by doing this. It means so much.
