It was a warm January day 1980 in Hyde park Sydney. I heard music and walked towards it and on a small stage what I now know to be INXS were performing. A good crowd of people had gathered to listen and some were dancing. After afew songs they stopped for a break and Michael came down off the stage to a small van. I approached Michael and asked “do you have a record on the market”? he said “no but an album will be released in about six months” I then asked the bands name and he said “INXS” So this was my introduction to INXS and I have been a fan ever since.
