Dear Michael,
a long, long time ago…
one day the intoxicating aroma of roses filled my room and each time the summer breeze gently stroked the trees in the garden, the open door let in the heavy scent of lilac... From the corner of the sofa, through the chink of golden light, in the middle of the room, on an abnormally big screen, I saw you. The beautiful figure of the musician with parted lips and intensively bright eyes. I was overcome by a strange feeling of anxiety. I knew that I was standing before a man whose very personality was so fascinating that it was bound to swallow my whole being, all of my soul, and start to fill me up with a completely new kind of life. Life that I would start to experience in a way unknown to me. I knew that your personality and music would give my mundane activities the charm that I had struggled to find and failed.
Michael I wish I had been to your concert - I was too young.
To this alternate reality in which you exist now, I send kisses on your birthday and every day. ❤
