How happy I was to have stumbled upon this website - such a beautiful tribute to a very talented man. I had the opportunity to meet Michael several times during the mid-late 80's while INXS toured the states. I was working for a local radio station at the time and he was always very gracious and entertaining, to say the least. And Michael had such an incredible sense of humor! He made me laugh so hard during a promotional dinner that I literally spewed my vodka/cranberry across the table and onto an industry exec.'s very expensive suit, much to the amusement of Michael. Like many of the world's INXS fans, I was extremely saddened by his death. The music industry has not and will not ever be able to replace the mark this man left behind. But I do find peace and hope when I see pictures of his beautiful daughter, Tigerlily. In her eyes, we can once again see and feel the depth of Michael's heart and soul. And in the words of an old Irish blessing - “Until they meet again, may the Lord bless her and keep her in the palm of his hand.”
