Faced with the challenge of inappropriate messages being posted in the past, we have resorted to pre-approving all guestbook entries before they appear in Michael's Guestbook. We also ask you to enter your email address. It won't be displayed on the site but will help us to keep the guestbook organised as well as allowing us to reply to as many as possible with a word of gratitude. Thanks for understanding.

Although nearly three years have passed - the death of Michael seems like yesterday. The INXS “Kick” album for me, set the stage for a very formative period in Europe in the late eighties. When I close my eyes and hear the songs - it's as though I am still a teenager.

Then, in 1995 when I moved to England for a year, I became entranced by frequent “Hello” articles highlighting the courtship of Michael and Paula. Realizing that this relationship proved acrimonious in later years for you, I will say that I sensed from the beginning that they were soulmates. I could almost feel the heart wrenching pain that Paula endured during the period after Michael's death. She, grieving for what could have been... and the family grieving for what used to be. Women do things, sometimes quite irrationally when faced with uncertainty in their lives. Someone must be blamed - for you, it was Paula and for Paula....it was you.

Michael found something in Paula that no other woman could provide. Whether purely physical or intellectual - the passion and loyaly was there.

What has transpired since 1997 is horrible - no doubt about it. Now, Tiger is alone and must face the world without the firm guidance of a father and without the soft embrace and gentle kisses of a loving mother. Paula was a nuturing person and Michael needed that earthly influence to settle down. I only wish that it hadn't occured with such devestating results...

My prayers are with you all - especially Tiger
