My dear friend Michael,

I am so very sorry I could not attend your service,I would like to have shown the respect in which I held you & to give my condolences to your loved ones.

I still find it hard to believe you are no longer with us.I remember with great fondness the many times[or should that be rages] we had when we infrequently bumped into each other around the traps. I will cherish those memories forever.

In the words of that great song

If theres a rock & roll heaven !!!!
*NOW* they have a hell of a band !!!
