Dearest Michael, I have only just recently discovered your great talent. Why has it taken me this long? I am almost 19 years old and in college. My father put on the INXS TV movie a few weeks ago and told me about "Never Tear Us Apart," a song he told me him and my mother liked when it came out. "Kick" was released the year my parents met. My mother just passed away recently and I listened to that album and fell in love with it. It reminds me of my parents. My dad told me he owned an LP copy of "Kick." Today, I went to a local record store and purchased "Kick" and "Listen Like Thieves" on cassette tape. The truck I drive only plays these, so I am very excited to listen to them on my way to school and work. Thank you for your contributions to the music world, Michael. You truly had a remarkable gift.
