Dear Kelland Hutchence,
I recently watched the “Behind the Music” program about your son. I was overwhelmed by your loving words. I cried when they showed you sitting on the bench next to his grave.
I have been a fan of Michael's music since I was 11 years old. My first concert was INXS.
After hearing of his death, I felt as if I had lost a friend.
I am writing this note to you because I understand what it's like to lose someone so close to you. My parents and brother died and everyday is a struggle. But, you finally find the strength to carry on. The dead live on in our memories and nothing will change that. Michael will always live on through his music and lyrics.
Sincerely,
April Walter
P.S. The old photographs are a nice touch and help show that your son was like the rest of us.
