Please note:
Faced with the challenge of inappropriate messages being posted in the past, we have resorted to pre-approving all guestbook entries before they appear in Michael's Guestbook. We also ask you to enter your email address. It won't be displayed on the site but will help us to keep the guestbook organised as well as allowing us to reply to as many as possible with a word of gratitude. Thanks for understanding.

I attended North Hollywood High School in the mid-1970's, believe it not, Michael was a good friend of mine. When he transferred into our school, I was a volunteer for the American Foreign Field Service Chapter at our High School, I was assigned to look after Michael to help integrate him into our school scene in that he was originally from Australia. We took a lot of classes together, hung out after school on good occassion. Micheal was a good student, he was a kind gentle person. Somewhat shy & reserved. He taught me some things about his homeland, enlightened me to the following slang; “G'Day Mate” “Dingy Doy” ( something like that!). I remember he was fully into music, but at the time, it seemed to sometimes be a burden on him, in that he had often told me that his Mom pushed him so hard in regard to his music studies, to the point where he lacked the free time he desired. After I graduated High School, I started my own business, and completely lost touch with Michael, although I would think of him and wonder what became of Michael from time-to-time. I never knew what he did with his life after High School. In the late 1990's, when I learned how to use the Internet, I attempted to look-up Michael, to see if I could find his contact information in order to get in touch with him. It is then I learned of his tragic death, and the fame he realize as a rock star, in his career. My prayers are always with him and his family. Regards,
