A perfect Sydney summer's day in the early 80's and INXS are playing live at Luna Park. As they launch into Don't Change Michael climbs atop one of the huge speakers on the side of the stage. Barefoot, wearing a white singlet and khaki shorts, the late afternoon sun shinig behind him - that's how I choose to remember him.
It took several years to be able to listen to INXS without the tears flowing.It took the autobiography Story To Story to heal the pain as I realised that although we had never exchanged a word that Michael had touched my life and continues to do so in so many ways.
